KFC St Kilda

Thanks for some good chook! Ordered a box with Zinger, pieces, chips, drink and coleslaw. Excellent value for money at $14.95. A very very busy KFC and staff were very friendly and patient. Tables needed attention. Furniture needs a deep clean. Or just takeaway Simples.

Maybe it will get better. When I went takes ages to get food. And the standard of food is slightly worse than other kfc restaurants. Doesn't have the full menu. There is a few of these kfc streamline menu places. My opinion it should say kfc express or something like that. Staff are nice and friendly buy when I go there and I've been over 5 times they don't know what to do or what's happening and it always takes ages. Always. But If you got to Mc donalds across the road they are like a well oiled machine. These Staff although super nice and helpful look lost and rudderless

My oder contained a tub of gravy without any potato.
Chips were very greasy and under cooked.
Kids staffing the place, they seemed uninterested in carrying out their work.

Nice decor but when we visited late on a Friday night/early Saturday morning the store felt dirty and messy. Food is your average KFC fare. Staff were polite and efficient.

It's probably what you'd expect, and all you could hope for I guess. Had better KFC.

Literally can never get a simple order right yet it never busy make it make sense. Bunch of little kids messing around

$100 for a family of 4, burger and chips 2 chicken popcorn.

Picked up a large chips and popcorn chicken whilst my husband enjoyed as twister as we were feeling too lazy to cook. Chips were delicious. Popcorn chicken not as yummy as I remember

I walk in saying "Hi" staff turns around and stares, back to packing an order. I say "Hello" again. Same thing. He turns around I see his name badge and he's the manager? Customer service isn't important huh.

The water there is 10/10. Definitely recommend buying the cool ridge australian spring water 100% recycled plastic bottle. It was so crisp and cold, perfect for hydration and warm weather. Super affordable too.

Pretty trash. No one there cares about their job, the place might look new but the service and meal preparation are shocking. What do you expect, it’s the dirty bird.

Ein sehr kleiner KFC und man kann direkt am Schalter stehen und wird erstmal eine ganze Weile ignoriert (Situationseindruck gemessen an dem Personal was da war)
In Deutschland bin ich bei KFC ein extrem hohes Maß an Freundlichkeit und Kundenservice gewohnt das mich das hier und anderen KFC z.b. In clayton der dazu extrem schmutzig war mit unbenutzbaren Toiletten, sehr ungewöhnlich fand.
Das Essen war okay aber immer (egal welcher kfc) wird vergessen fur den Püree bzw Soße ein löffel mitzugeben. Soll ich den auslecken?
KFC hat sich fur mich soweit erledigt.

Both our gravy didn't have potatoes like other KFC stores do, soggy chips not even full our large. At least they did the chicken right.

The worst KFC I have ever had and when you try and call them it not even there number! They recook there chips and chicken O rating

Small, no drive thru and limited seating inside for approx 10 people. Its near night-life and regularly gets late night revellers from surrounding venues. The staff are really friendly and the meals are always quick, hot and fresh. There is no dedicated car park for them and not much parking in the street.

The food here is ok. My drumstick and tender burger were tasty but quality wise they could improve. The potato gravy was more gravy than potato which was great.

We usually love your chips but they were really bland and not very hot. Are you guys not using chicken salt anymore?

Dont know why all the famous places have such bad ratings. Why so many ignorant ppl that are full of hate.
I do love my kfc and as all kfc here is yummy
