The fries felt like mashed potatoes. They said they fry in the same cycle so they know it’s alright.

The best service KFC in Victoria.this is most busy spot in the Melbourne city but they pumping out the order with great quality.

Food quality was good, however they forgot my gravy and the chips could use some more seasoning.

Ordered: Zinger Burger Box Hot & Spicy + 3x wicked wings

This is one of my favourite KFC outlets in Melbourne CBD. I can only choose to do takeaways here, because the space in this outlet seems to be a little too limited in accommodating many. Yet, this KFC outlet is conveniently located to everything & everywhere so I definitely would keep coming back often.

Very bad customer services seeing that I bought three boxes Kentucky chicken and after I asked a glass hot water and the woman who served me brought me a cold water and she said to me if you would like a coffee go around ; a hot water cup don’t cost anything, just water and specially I had spent a good amount of money ; it happened to me this afternoon Friday on 23 before taking the shuttle to the airport. It was extremely cold and I just asked for a cup of hot water, shame on you woman, I do hope you read this.

It took 15 mins for our $38 order to come and some of the customers who came later got their food faster than us but what we got was very good and juicy chicken.

Didn't get all the food I ordered. Our chicken popcorn was missing from order. The kfc app doesn't have any facility to allow you to complain about this, I can't even locate the order number to call them. They may be in a rush to get you out the door but my advice is to check your order first before you leave.

Just came down earlier and it took a bit longer than usual. But doesn't matter. You guys did a good job handling the ****head that was rambling on and on. That's the type of people who has never done customer service or hospitality jobs. Keep it up guys!

I’m work as Uber eats delivery driver, I don’t know why just 1 order can’t be ready in 20 minutes.normally wait 5-10 minutes is ok, 20 minutes is too long.

These guys sell the smallest Pice of chicken in the world (gold coin for scale).

Also potato gravy is just gravy, not sure why. I see the same in other reviews as well but the price is still the same.
Why am I (or anyone else) buying from here instead of crown or flinders kfc?

Purchased a box which normally includes mash and gravy, but they only gave the gravy. Apparently their shop is "smaller" than most other KFC outlets and therefore they can only serve the gravy without the mash. RIDICULOUS!

The food was immaculate, I could tell it was Jack Reynolds cooking as everytime I am there he is making an absolute perfect batch of chicken. He deserves a bonus and/or raise and if he doesn't I will quit

The owners are cheap and wants to save money by cutting down thier staff on jobs leaving the poor buggers severely under staffed

A good KFC, quality is consistent and staff is polite and professional. Only downside is that they seem understaffed at times and this results in longer wait.

I missed my train at southern cross and decided to have a wander, stumbled upon this absolutely incredible place. A kind young gentleman named Thomas Mulugeta served me, and he provided me with the greatest KFC I have ever had the pleasure of munching on in my entire life on this earth. Never before had I had such a juicy Zinger Box, the wicked wings were wonderful. Please give Thomas Mulugeta a raise, he is an incredibly kind and compassionate individual. I added him on snapchat and now he sends me wonderful updates on the work he does at KFC, such as the picture which is attached.

Terrible service. Placed delivery order and only received half the items in our order. Called the restaurant, they refused to send out the missing items. Told us to call KFC customer service. Called customer service, they couldn't send out the missing items either. And it will take 7 days to receive the refund for the missing items. Never again.

The girl working up front on Tuesday night was absolutely smashing it- she must be the supervisor. She got an entire store full of waiting customers their food in the minutes I was there. And she did it with great customer service and organised the awkward teenagers into a working frenzie. Something I’ve never seen before. Amazing work!
