KFC Seymour

Best KFC I have been to for a long time. Store was clean, food was freshly cooked and not oily and the service was excellent. Special mention to Emily who served us. Her enthusiasm, attitude and outstanding customer service topped off a great meal purchase.

Interesting why the hand dryer is right above the tap on the basin and you can't turn the water on without the sensor turning on the hand-dryer.
Food was fine. Service was typical of young people these days.

These guys were so quick and efficient, it was almost scary! Really friendly staff and neat, tidy store.

I have been to many kfc stores and more times than not something is forgotten from our order or chips not salted but the seymour store had been fantastic always at the top of there game always get what I paid for and chips always salted to perfection

Without fail the staff at every other KFC I’ve been to forget at least 2 things in my order, so I went in with pretty low expectations. These blokes were on top of their game, fresh food and organised, didn’t forget a thing, even put extra spoons in for the mousse we got. Very enjoyable

Always consistent with fresh chicken not dry or soggy. Seymour staff always happy in McDonald's and KFC. Must be something in the water or just their wonderful humans. Keep it up

We used drive through. The entry needs a bit of caution as it can catch people off guard. They do not have a waiting bay, there is a old service station next door they use for that. Otherwise, standard KFC fare.

Well I could count the dry, burnt, bottom of the barrel of chips in the popcorn chicken grab and go but then I would have to talk about the dry poorly digestible chicken that had to be thrown out. Not on all accounts.won't recommend or return.pathetic

Food is nearly always good at KFC. Service good and fast. Not much seating and need to use shopping center carpark

In-store service is good and self ordering machines work well although drive through can be difficult depending on staff.

Chicken patty was uncooked and after I complained, there was no effort to solve the issue but was forced to take refund. No care for customers, rude and arrogant managers.

Had a few technical issues but the staff were absolutely fantastic and got a great feed out to us!

Very good fast food outlet located near the shopping complexes and the Railway Station. Excellent delicious food available. Easily accessible to all the travellers from different parts of the city and the suburbs. Easy access to all the wheelchair bound travellers.

Service was good. Food was disappointing. Got a tender box. Given it was just before 7 and they were busy but not flat out, I would have expected everything to be fresh. Popcorn was dry and inedible. Chips were not up to standard. The tenders were okay. Seem to be relying on being the only major in town rather than quality.

Bloody fantastic food! Terrific customer service, and in a great location too! I'll definitely recommend for those who haven't been here yet, you don't know what you're missing! The food takes a while to cook because they do it Fresh unlike other KFC places! The chicken was hot and beautiful! The chips were glorious, it's literally KFC heaven!

Helpful all the time. They even throw in a few extras if they take too long with your order. Great customer service.
