2 x orders.
Asked for zinger box with wicked wings, girl says, do you want the chicken or the wicked wings. I said "wicked wings" like I just said.get home.no potato/gravey
2nd order was 2 piece feed with 2 thighs.
Get home.x 1 thigh
P/call to manager to advise on poor quality of service advised they need to do some staff unskilling.not a customer's job to "quality control " the boxes of food in it prior to leaving the store.not my job to do that at all.as customers, we should leave with confidence our food is correct in the boxes.

Worst kfc ever. Never any salt on the chips and when you say extra chicken salt you don’t even get it. They gave me the wrong chicken. It was spicy and very brown chicken. Was inedible and tasted weird too. Probably not fresh. Need new management asap to fix this joint. Not wasting anymore money here. It’s the most convenient location for me but willing to travel elsewhere to get decent fresh salted food.

They always forget the spoon and napkins. Constantly need to be reminded. The staff are rude. The food is ok most of the times.

Over cooked dry chicken. Asked for no breastfeeding got 4 breast peices. Staff member who served me had dirty clothing on and unkempt.

Worst KFC experience I've had for a long time. When it comes to takeaway KFC would have to be one of my favourite guilty sins but tonight I was disappointed because everything in my meal was 'warm'. I tried the Mashies everyone is crowing about and found them bland. They definitely need a lot of gravy to make them somewhat tasty. Obviously a profitable way to use up excess mashed potatoes ;) They gave me two gravies but no Mashies. They gave me coleslaw but no spoon to eat it with.

Nicely laid out dining area upstairs but the bin was close to overflowing. Maybe it just wasn't their night but I won't return to see if that was the case.

NEVER GO TO THIS KFC

Me and my brother walked in at such a late time, yet they provided us with truely wonderful service for the last CRAZY KFC THURSDAY in 2022. This made our day.

The wings are cripy but not oily with tender soft juicy meat. The chips are crispy newly fried as well. This is what we call SERVICE！

Rather on the expensive side but I'm extra happy zinger burgers are back! Pineapple makes a burger!

Went in at 8 o clock pm the restaurant shuts at 11 however was advised by your staff we weren't allowed to eat upstairs as it's closed very disappointing

If Colonel Sanders were alive he would be shocked by this appalling store. Frozen lettuce and dry cold chicken and had to throw the burger away after trying multiple times to get it replaced. Won’t be going back

There was not a single orders that has no missing items, from drinks to sides to chicken pieces. Also, the staff has poor understanding of what is the appropriate size of chickens to be served. Ordered the wicked wings and one of them is not even a full size wingette, yet they count it as one piece. A totally ripped off.

I ordered a two piece meal with coleslaw. First there was two wings, I asked to change the type of pieces, so they removed a piece and said the manager fixed it, they did not, there was one piece, then they added a wing. This was not reasonable. I then asked for a refund and he hands me a 10, I said I paid 15, then he offers me a 13, finally I received my refund.

The staff are either burnt out or kids having a laugh. One way or another, this store is not being run professionally.

Staff forgot to give me a Pepsi max I asked for after they handover!

When I started eating everything was good in the bottom of box salad was frozen!

The chips were too salty
The chicken wings were over cooked that the spicy skin were extremely hard to eat
Did the drive thru for the food

Terrible, chicken was old, all the seasoning was falling off the wings, and prices have jumped up $2 per meal.

As a regular Kfc customer this store is very disappointing they regularly get your orders wrong and when you call to complain they say we are terribly sorry about that and we will replace your order and then when you go to collect the order they either say sorry we have no record of that or they have your complaint and they have recorded it incorrectly and if you try to dispute it the manager's becomes rude and they threaten to have you black listed from the store it’s disgusting behaviour from a so called manager's they should be ashamed of themselves

Chips cold and asked for extra salt and didn’t get it, tasted like the oil needed to be changed

They have recently updated the interior, looks a lot better, 3 new self serve kiosk but still only one toilet tho. I arrived around 4 pm, like most of the other reviews the place wasn't that clean, young staff, who also missed an item from my order. Only KFC in the area can get busy during peak time esp.with traffic on bell st.

Worst order ever the kid never understood my order, had to repert 3 times. Just kept rattleing the script they are taught. Asked for a large deal and got a small one and drowned in mayo after asking for no mayo. Dads three PC's of chook where burnt and caused him a few tummy rumbles never never again will I set foot in that shop

Worst experience in my life. I ordered regular ginger box in a meal. Food served was damn cold. Chips were small size, so soggy, oily and off course cold too. Burger was like two bun and just a chicken patty, no tomatoes, no lettuce. Cmon if you can’t serve proper meal then just don’t ruin the kfc image. Shut the door then
