KFC Parkmore

I asked one staff about my order but he completely ignored me. Another staff came and he forgot to give me my drink, good thing I’ve checked my order before I left. They didn’t give me serviettes and wet towel. I understand that they’re extremely busy but they should ensure everything is complete before handing out the order to the customers.

Kids run this place I've observed them sitting on benches doing 0 when the floors are full of food scraps, I asked why they were sitting on there behinds when there was obviously work to be done, get someone to run this place that has experience not kids I'm very very surprised no one has ever been sick from here Australian food handling standards well below what is expected

The quality of service at this KFC leaves much to be desired. The staff comprises a group of young individuals who appear disinterested in their work and often display rudeness. During my visit, I observed one of the employees engrossed in showing off his muscles at the front counter, seemingly uninterested in attending to customers.

Not a terrible kfc but long ques long waiting lines atmosphere is a food court so understandable there staff are nice

I was trying to order from the app and it said not available as it was just 30mn away from the closing hour but I check with the guy at the register and he made the order for me and got my order in 5mn. Thanks you for the service guys.

Customer service is meh, the guy on the register kept giving me the wrong order even though I specified which one I wanted, only for him to realize it like a few minutes later. He proceeded to not even give me my drink, and was about to take off to the back room if I had not interrupted him and asked for it. I get that he may be new, but this kind of thing should not be common.

Portion sizes are bizarre here. The KFC near Bunnings serves proper portions of KFC products, while the one in Parkmore decreases the size significantly to the point where a large chips, becomes the size of a small one, while paying the price for the large chips!

The actual wrap I got was insanely cold. It wasn't fresh, but the worst part was that the staff didn't even bother to put it in the microwave long enough for it to get somewhat hot and then serve it to me lmfao. No common sense there other than a few employees who are incredibly well at doing their job, and are polite.

Never rated that bad kfc. Twice i tired the zinger and the burger insdie was not zinger at all. Totally rubbish. Never going back

Customer Service is appalling. They all look like they don't want to work there. The lady on the register didn't even acknowledge us

Quick delivery pickups every time 120% of the time. Pleasant service and decent kfc. Here’s standard for your other stores to follow. Plenty of staff too which is really nice.

New KFC open inside Parkmore Shopping, order Regular Zinger Combo, food is ok just like any other KFC, customer service is great, food took a while to arrived was very busy.
