KFC Officer Inbound

Their service is slack and the wait for our order was an hour and a half. I’m assuming that they are chasing the chicken and making if fresh in house.

Its been a couple of years since we ordered from inbound Officer KFC and now I remember why… It’s the only KFC that absolutely always has soggy, cold tasteless chips and all the coating was off the tenders and not only that but they were ripped in half.
We do not recommend.

Came by on lunch time. Picked up a $10 nugget & popcorn chicken box. Delicious! Popcorn chicken crunchy, hot, fresh & juicy! Nuggets were hot, crunchy & juicy too! Some of the best kfc I've had in a very long time!

Dropped by KFC after a long trip on Sunday afternoon. It was so packed inside where all the other restaurants and service station cashier is located. There were alot of customers waiting for their order at KFC however there were still plenty of seating for 2 adults and a toddler.
One disappointing experience is the KFC employee who appeared young and lacked a little social interaction, advised us after we swiped our card to pay, that there were no more original chicken pieces and offered us the same amount in wicked wings. At the time I wasn't standing there so I didn't know until we went to sit down to eat. He should have offered more as the wicked wings were dry and tiny in size. At least other KFC places offer double the amount in replacement if they run out of a certain product. Mind you this was the family feast for $35 so only 10 wicked wings is a joke as no-one expects just to pig out on the chips, coleslaw and potato and gravy.

Parking was packed but we managed to find some further off in the car park. Toilets were semi clean, however you expect this as so many people come through this place! There was a small indoor playground for kids however it was too cramped and the big kids opened and closed the safety gate without ensuring the small ones couldn't escape. The door out of the centre is beside the playground and my toddler could have made it out to the carpark if myself and my sister in law weren't hawk eyeing the entire time!

Fresh, hot, FAST. All food was there, nothing missing. Chips were actually salted!

Service is so slow waited 20 minutes to get served why they are waling around talking and not doing anything at all.then another 20+ minutes for my food. After all that wait Got cold nuggets. Happy very happy. Don't know who is running that place but not doing a very good job.

There is a guy that ordered before me and I've been sitting in my car eating and the poor guy Is still waiting on food

Got a zinger bnc combo at 5: 55pm 24/01/22. No zinger fillets available, was ok with original recipe except it was cold. Are you closing early due to the road works / detoured traffic and are you pulling cold thrown out chicken out of the bin instead of cooking more? Just refund the order instead of making people pay for rubbish food.

The chips were burnt and obviously the scraps. The chicken was way over cooked. Staff were more interested in talking to each other well a couple sitting in the body. Why bother going if that's the attitude. On top of that they didn't have common items like regular chicken. Maybe it was scraps they were trying to get rid of just look at the photo's. They wouldn't give Senior Discount either.

Um my sister and I stopped there this afternoon. As we are travelling in a truck. We decided to have a quick snack. We ordered 2 popcorn go buckets. There was only 1 order in front of us. We were bitterly disappointed that both lots of chips were cold and soggy and chicken not much better We won't be in a hurry to stop again!

Very disappointed! Chips where not cooked properly And the order was not right. Didn't get what I asked for. NOT HAPPY!

Normally good but young man behind in cook area was not wearing hair net and was wiping his nose on upper arm sleeve, asked who he was the girl said the manager
To busy being to dog making the girls laugh to keep it in order

A mini size chicken given as a original recipe piece, asked to change but refused referring to their told policy.

Good fast service and the chicken is hot. Like the fact it's boxes have Kentucky Fried Chicken wording and logo back on them.

Always seem to end up at the Officer servos, popcorn chicken a great road stop on the way out to Pakenham

Food was cold, no salt on chips. Staff mucking around at front end, throwing popcorn chicken at each other whilst customers are waiting for food to be packed. It was obvious the the staff didn't care about being quick. The manager/supervisor wasn't around to tell them to get back to work.

Very good customer service and food was delicious, the manager was also very cute and well mannered, I think his name was Chris.

I got terrible food poisoning from the chicken here on Friday the 24th of May. Ended up in hospital the pain was so awful.

It's KFC, need I say anything else?

Remembering the fact that they are the only KFC I can find with actually cooked chips, they went too bad

Disgusting went 2 days in a row first day it was obvious the staff member didnt want to be there and left my order open on the bench after preparing it and then walked away to answer the phone 5 minutes later i was given the order cold chicken and hot pepsi. Went the next day they were caught with afl fans i watch them give the wrong order to a customer who walked away and returned it just to see them give that same order to another customer.for shame who knows whether the first customer had eaten or touched the food inside.then to find my order was incorrect also.sorry you teally dissapoinyed on aspects of food quality

Payed for a Kentucky burger. Got to the window and got told theres no bacon. How on earth does KFC not have bacon. Actually not good enough.
