KFC Northland Mall

Worst KFC in the city. Got one sandwich and the 3 piece tenders and was told to wait 14 minutes for the order. After 20 minutes, went to check and was met with rude staff that told me to wait six more minutes because the tenders weren't done after 20 minutes of "cooking". Long story short never got my food, no receipt and rude staff that had no idea what they were doing. Would rate lower but I can't.

Cold food and really small pieces.
Considering they seemed busy and the food was not fresh at all.

I cant even remember when was the last time i had good fresh chicken from kfc

Quality of their zinger burger is worst. There is almost nothing other than chicken inside very small bun. The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to take any feedback. Don't bother to visit.

Had such tasty Gluten Free food here. Top food! To top it off Emily who looked after us was so helpful and friendly. We will be back

Second time we ordered here while at the mall, and is it just me or are the quality of fast food these days are becoming worse.
The zinger burger is never like I remember yrs ago.

This is why I only eat kfc once a year.

KFC northland mall is the best KFC for customers and delivery drivers, you guys are amazing! Orders always prepared fast doesn’t matter how busy you are, and also the most friendly place, to customers and delivery drivers. Compliments to the store manager and all staff members, you’re the best!

Trash ordered 10 chicken tenders 4 Mountain Dew 2 large chips at 4: 12 pm said will arrive at 5: 30pm that was at 5: 47pm now it says on the menu log app that we are waiting for a driver and now it says your food will arrive at 6: 30

I visited KFC after many years. And disappointing is a small word. This company focusses a lot their brand rather than the experience. We ordered a two boxed meals and both of them were bland, we didn't receive any tomato sauce for our takeaway. The zinger burger was so fking BLAND. It's like food for people over 60s. No taste or flavour. Missed the old KFC's authenticity.

This morning, I ordered a large tenders box. The server (who had ‘shift supervisor’ under her name) took my order and did it correctly so far. I noticed that, before I paid, she took out a can of Pepsi max instead of the bottle. I told her I ordered large and when she changed it on the screen, it was $1 more than usual. I just paid it so I don’t argue and waste my time.
They have also stuffed up multiple orders of mine before, just hoping for them to improve, which I don’t know will ever happen at this rate.

Worst PLACE TO EAT I got tenders box and the food was soo old the tenders tasted old and not good at all

Very slow service and the burger I got looks very disgusting. Really bad experience, never go again.

If you want to challenge yourself for lousy unprofessional customer service then this is the right place. I'll rather treat myself better not going back to this outlet.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff at the counter. No smile on the face and my order was just thrown at me as I was like an untouchable or something. Very disappointed ️

My Dad ordered 2 packs of 3 original pc chicken and got these. There were 3 normal ones and 3 were just half of what they're supposed to be. Was so upset. Should have bought some wicked wings instead for a cheaper price and same size.

Lovely and efficient staff, and good quality food! Because they're always so busy you know everything is freshly cooked:) and a special thank you to the lovely lady who took my order today - despite having had people talk poorly to her today she still served me with a smile!

Ordered 3 burgers and chips and asked for all to be fresh they tasted like cardboard shriveled up like they were made in the morning absolutely horrible never again
