KFC Niddrie

The most immature and rudest staff in s y kfc across Melb can be found in the Niddrie store. It never used to be like this. Can the franchise owner pls
contact me.

Staff should wear hat! Where is your hygiene policy!?
Plus, sorry but this staff is the WORST STAFF I’ve ever seen. They act customers like trash, not nice!

Tables not cleaned properly. Chicken tenders unappetising and looked like reformed chicken. Chips not cooked for long enough. Floor very dirty. Dine in food served in takeaway bag.

Ordered giant feast 15 pieces of chicken got 11 had to return the chips as soon as. I went through drive through they were cold Didn’t get the sauces with the nuggets! Young kids having fun don’t care about what you order
Stay away from this place go a few Kilometres further. Worst KFC in Melbourne

What a joke had to go back several time to get the order correct. First the forgot some chips and then realised they forgot the chicken.

Also no salt on the chips. Wicked wings look nothing like the image they show you.

Out of original chicken at 5.30pm on a Sunday night OMG. This store is my local and again despite being refurbished still disappoints.

Great service and super friendly staff. So helpful and speedy even during a store renovation.

. Just make your own. Cheaper. Better and best of all. Takes the same amount of time to make and cook as they do

Ordered a 3 piece chicken menu and got only two pieces. Not the first time this happened. Only realised when we opened the box when we got home. Terrible service

Wow. How does this franchise make any money? It was absolutely filthy inside and out. Unfortunately I had to use the bathroom, disgusting, and walking back past the back of the serving counter I saw it was full of papers from orders just thrown all over the floor. I couldn't bring myself to eat anything in such a dirty environment. So, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

The chips were cold and i have half of a nugget probably someone took a bite on it. It’s not acceptable.

We stop here for a quick lunch but inside was left pretty dirty and the tables looked like they didn't get clean on a regular basis. I carry sanitiser and wipes soI had to clean the table before we sat down. I would not recommend going here because if the place is not clean then the food is questionable as well. Just would like the store managers to make note of this please the importance of keeping their store with some cleaning standards as per Food & Hygiene Standards.

Niddrie kfc is not even worth to be given one star! Terrible customer service!

It is always a hit and missed with this kfc in niddrie. I do not recommed steer AWAY!

The food is good. But I didn't like the service and how the staff were dealing with customers, no smile, not helpful. The place was not clean and messy.

Be prepared to stand at the registers for 15 minutes before you get served, or even acknowledged

The staff at this store should be embarrassed of themselves. Lack of empathy apparently ‘it’s not their job to clean up the restaurants‘ even when it’s quiet they’re just standing around. One of the dirtiest kfc’s I have been too.
The high chair looked like it had salmonella all over it, there seats and table where black and the bins had rubbish hanging out

Service was extremely poor. Had to wait for more than 5min before getting served. This has been an issue at this store for quite some time

First and last time to visit this kfc.
Soggy undercooked chips, the pic attached is a large chips but only half full at full price of course.
Tenders were undercooked and I had to cook them further myself for fear of getting ill.
How hard can it be to cook chicken and chips correctly.
The management here are a disgrace, and clearly don't care about quality control.

Staff let me wait for long even though i did online order and was already inside watching her boasting with ppl. And at the end she missed my drink in the box. Shame on her!

Never had any issues. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Food has always been of a great standard.
