35Today at 1: 10pm went through the drive through, was advised they had a 15minute wait on original recipe chicken. This is the 2nd time recently that this has occurred. I ordered the Value Feast and requested that as they didn’t have original recipe ready to go to give me hot and spicy, I also ordered a zinger crunch wrap. I didn’t query the price until I got home and realised they had put zinger fillet pieces instead of chicken pieces. Charged nearly $45.00 for lunch. When given the choice I’d go to High St Belmont, much better chicken with crispy skin rather than the sloppy greasy mess you get at Newcomb. It has been a great store in the past but currently the management has dropped the ball.
It's okay, but can someone please just get my order correct twice in a row. Staff are friendly but always screwing up orders.and don't get me started on the cold fries here.
Chocked on bread tag in my burger absolutely discussing put me off kfc

I ordered a large original tenders box with the potato and gravy changed for a regular chips. As I was driving, I didn’t open the box until I got home. There were no tenders in the box at all. I just don’t understand how you don’t put tenders in a tenders box. What a joke
Terrible experience, don’t even bother trying to get anything after 10: 30pm, they will offer you “all we have left” over the intercom in the drive through, and if you dare to proceed to order off the list of about 3 things. You’ll be waiting at the window for over 15 minutes whilst the staff inside are just walking around on their phones having a chat knocking off. Forget this joke and it’s 16 year old staff, try another KFC
How can you not read the order. Gravy not potato & Gravy. Ordered on both meals and got it wrong both times

I was given an incomplete order. I simply asked to the staff about missing orders, she then slammed the window and went back to get the missing order. Came back with the orders and told me that “the burger itself isn’t on it, but i’ll just give it to you anyway. ” (Handed it to me together with the other item missing). With such very disrespectful approach, tone of voice is very rude. Fyi: i paid my orders right.
Given incomplete orders and was treated with disrespect! I think the staff needs to be retrained on how to provide good service with good manners.
The manager of this store is absolutely horrible. She spoke to us with such disrespect when we were simply asking for a new bottle of drink because ours hadn’t been refrigerated and was hot. She argued with us and then slammed the window shut. She should not be a manager of a store and needs to learn how to be respectful and have some maturity.
Not impressed with the sloppy burger and you dont sell coffee. Went next door to Mc Donalds for coffee. Will bypass KFC in the future.
This place was filthy, staff were nice but the food was disappointing. Zinger was ok but the hot crunch boneless were dry and chewy. I could barely break off a bite.
Music was ridiculously loud and I think that I could manage a KFC better.
This branch has to be the worst in Australia the last two times the chicken has been dry an inedible and complaining gets you nowhere.

Wait half an hour twice and canceled the delivery. Never gonna accept any order from here
My husband when to Newcombe KFC about 5 pm last last night, the chicken was cooked in Burnt Oil it was so dried up and salty it was disgusting ever our dog wouldn’t eat it, we would Have taken it back but was unable to as of another commitment but so just letting you know we are contacting head office
Always love their wicked wings, however 8/10 times staff are rude and don't appear to have any customer service training.
Went on friday the 18th of june 2021 bought 4 meals 2 of them had everything. 2 had no potato and gravy in the zinger popcorn boxes tryed to ring the store multiple times for no answer wasnt going back as it was dinner rush the staff was awsome and helpful but im not happy to not get what i paid for the meals are expensive enough let alone having missing items and no answer on the store phone.on the upside the wicked wings combo was awsome and hope it will stay.
Mashed Potato was soggy, Chicken was dry and crumbly on outside, and was rubbery and full of oil. Disgusting food, ended up throwing it away!
Found 2 long hairs fried to the skin. First time in 4th order, had a drumstick. Very poor service.

Staff were on the ball. Service was extremely fast, considering the Drive Thu was getting hammered.
Food was hot and fresh, presentation was pretty good, staff member who served Me was polite and smiling.
