Absolutely disgusting are people expected to eat in this filthy environment had to clean my own table and chairs to sit and eat

to many times found items missing and the food is not great compared to other stores

They always seem to miss something in my order. Didn’t bother going back as the Drive Through was a 10-15 min wait

We don’t have KFC much only when my husband really wants it and I always get 3 pieces and chips NO DRUMSTICKS I hate drumsticks and without fail I get a drumstick the chips are old and unseasoned but for once this time the chicken was ok not great but ok. It’s a real shame cause Kentucky fried chicken was my favourite takeout back when you could smell the beautiful aromas from a mile away and would make you crave it just from the amazing aromas but it’s now my least takeout that I want but I think from now on when my husband wants it I’m going to make a sandwich and even my husband says it’s not that good but he forgets and wants it every now and then. I will never have it again I’m not sure how hard it is to NOT put a drumstick in and to have fresh and seasoned chips NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER MORWELL KFC

I'm always shocked how dirty this store is. And how frequently staff just stand around waiting for things to do. Pick up a cloth and whip something here? Does this store actually have a manager?

Good service with good food. Toilets could have done with a clean but other than that happy overall

Lovely girl served us tonight. Her name was Jasmine. Amazing customer service and she was fast and happy. I would definitely order from this store again:).

All Tables smeered with greasy substance. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned. Still didn't make a difference. Remained all greasy. I think they need a stronger cleaning product to cut through grease, and a clean rag. Was quite gross. Food was fine although the individual fillet was very very small.much smaller than the ones in the burgers.
We asked for sweet chilli sauce, got s&s instead. There were no problems swapping it, but they gave less quantity of sauce back. It was not busy as we were the only ones in there. Perhaps we're focusing more on drive through at the time.

Orders are messed up. Sometimes the drinks are not even cold because someone didn't bother to put them in the fridge. Staff are friendly but the service isn't the greatest.

It was KFC, get people through quickly, minimal interaction. Burger was okay but chips were warm and fresh. Have to say speed on service was great considering length of queue at drive thru when I walked in.

Got back to work to eat my original recipe fillet burger. Sat down. Opened up the wrapper to find the lettuce all around the burger and not actually in the burger. Not the first time I’ve had badly prepared food from here. So over it. Guys the lettuce belongs in the burger not around it. ‍️

It's good, but i wish they didn't close the one in Churchill, McDonalds is now the closest mainstream fast food restaurant for Churchill.

I also heard a rumour of corruption regarding the person responsible for closing the KFC in Churchill in order to open up a second store in Traralgon.

Specifically request extra salt as they tend to add no salt. And as expected, there is still absolutely no salt on the chips.

a standard menu option. For the second time in a month that my partner and I have gone to this location with a custom order and they got it wrong, however this time we paid for custom boxed meals and got the standard menu versions.now to be fair when we called to complain they got my partners email to send us a coupon for our custom meal free.but the employee entered the email address wrong, jokes on him my partner also has, as an email, the wrong email that was used by the employee.

Ordered a 3 piece box and got a 1 piece box. But they can't redeliver the missing pieces because I don't know why. I don't drive and don't have money to waste on a taxi.

Not a fast food fan, however it was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and efficient. There were a few lowlifes hanging around outside, not a very secure location.

You changed your oil from containing animal trans fats. Ok, pandering to the minority, but the "skin" has changed from being succulent and deliciously somewhat greasy to taking a now crunchy piece, only to find a big hollow between the outer crust and bone? Oh, and serving chips that taste like they have been sitting a long time or reheated so many times they taste burnt.
