KFC Mooroolbark

Worst Kfc experience ever. I ordered the 10 piece wicked wings and they were dry and just hot. Like they recooked it just for it to be hot and chips as well taste so bad. I am happy to wait if you say so improve the food you provide for the money we pay.

This shop is ridiculously slow. The crew are too stressed and definitely have no idea what they are doing. After waiting for an hour thefood Came wrong and cold.

Absolutely pathetic store. ALWAYS get the orders wrong. I can't believe how incompetent this store is

You forgot the coleslaw AGAIN! Omg this is so bloody frustrating. I even put on the delivery instructions DON’T FORGET THE COLESLAW. When I called for a refund I was told to come in store or request in the app. The app does not have a refund option. Seems to be an ongoing issue. Lift your game.

Counter service is a joke. A father and daughter Was waiting before me who had already ordered. I waited almost 5 mins and still didn't get served so I walked out

Absolutely disgraceful. Orders a 3 piece meal. 3 of the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen not even sure they were chicken as they were so small. There was a total of 20 chips. The worst meal I have ever had from a KFC store

Hasn't changed stand there for 5 min before asking for service being ignored by 3 16 year olds obsessed with the drive through or online ordered don t bother

Popcorn chicken was soggy, not crispy even in the slightest.
Wicked wings were tiny. Did they use baby chics or what?

KFC is. Hard to rate higher than 3 stars ever - even when food is fresh you can feel the food is drowned in MSG and other preservatives when being prepared. Drive through at every KFC always neglects to offer or include napkins.
Food can be dangerous if ordered before closing or during quiet times and is a great way to get food poisoning or chaos stomach

Always fresh and fully stocked. Not to mention that the staff there are very polite and friendly.

Second time of ordering and food was missing again, contacted them and no response.after I involved PayPal and received a refund then they contacted me.

I mean, it's dirty bird. So we're not really expecting five star dining here.
But it's in the suburbs so the quality of the food tends to be better than the ones in the city.
This store has always gotten my order right and are usually pretty fast.
But every time I end up purchasing a burger I end up throwing the bun out because in true KFC style it feels and tastes like it's at least two weeks old.
The outdoor eating area could do with some attention. Maybe the occasional wipe down wouldn't go astray.

The four stars seems generous, but it is because I'm comparing it to other KFC's. In which case, like for like.it's not bad at all.

Thanks for the food poisoning yesterday. Still sick today. Maybe hygiene needs to be reviewed.wont be eating here again.

Have to give them a 5 stars. Seems to be one of the busiest KFCs in all of Melbourne. All day long cars are piled in the driveway through and down the street. Despite this they do rarely make a mistake. Didn’t substitute some items in my bucket meal the other day but you know what, i don’t mind, once out of 100 orders and all chicken still tastes amazing. Keep up the great work KFC mooza b!

Never have salt on chips, I even asked for extra salt and still none. Drink was warm. Was missing the potato and gravy and burger was missing lettuce.

Extremely busy tonight, but I wish they would do as you ask and cook chips longer. Tonight's takeaway was just what I ordered.

Received food which was past its CLEARLY LABELLED expiry. It had two labels with the same date and time.
I posted a review via doordash only to recieve an email stating my review was removed as it was against guidelines. (Potato and gravy was expired) not sure how that goes against guidelines Disgusting and unacceptabl
Not to mention the "chicken" you receive is mostly bones and tips.and the Have never had a good order from Mooroolbark KFC.

Thanks for leaving my family in the waiting bay for 20 min to then only find out the meals were not yet cooked.

Bought a zinger double stacker boxed meal was terrible chicken fillets in the burger was so thin and dark coloured. Let me down to many times this store never going back. Lilydale kfc alot better.

Like most other reviews, I too have been here often as my little brother worked here for a little bit. Always got something to eat while dropping him off/picking him up.

Came in today to get my go to order of a Large BBQ Bacon Stacker Box. Having had the meal plenty of times I know what I’m expecting and not really fussy if it’s a bit soggy ect.

But when I hopped in my car to dig in, noticed some supercharged sauce on the burger. Alright not such a big deal. But as I kept eating, realised they gave me a completely different burger. A Zinger Stacker Burger, and not a BBQ Bacon Stacker…

Like there’s bacon in one as it’s in the name. Didn’t realise how hard it is to seperate the two?

Not coming back.
