Absolutely shocking zinger burgers never had them bad like the 2 we purchased will be a long time before I could face purchasing again very very ripped off

Was awful, bun was rock hard obviously microwaved, chicken had no flavour, no spices nothing. Potato n gravy was weak flavoured. And minus 2 coleslaw! It's not cheap anymore! So don't drop your standards.won't be back.

My son placed an order at 6: 15, he was asked to wait in the parking bay. 45 minutes later he walked in to the store to check on the order, the counter attendant grabbed the boxes and made up the order for him.
My son starts work at 8: 00pm and wanted to sit and enjoy his meal, However now he has to rush and get ready and go to work.
Not Good enough!

Pretty good KFC. Staff are efficient and friendly. Food is cooked well and items like chicken, chips, etc, are served hot. Drive-through is reasonably quick, even at busy times. Inside is usually clean and tidy.
I appreciate that one time when I was forced to wait roughly 30 minutes due to a staff communication breakdown (my order was unknowingly given to someone else whilst other staff kept telling me my order was still being prepared only for it to be forgotten about), staff were quite apologetic after they realised their error and gave me extra items to make up for the situation. Thankfully that was a one-off and usually orders are always correct.

Bought Family Feast. 10 pieces of chicken and 5 of them were wings, feel ripped off. Make email complaint and blocked. Great work KFC.

Ordered via app and after long wait I'm asked if I wanted to wait 5 more minutes for chicken or to just take tenders, I didn't have much more time so I chose tenders, only to wait much more than 5 more minutes anyway and I had to leave without getting the food. Contacted support and no replies, now I have to contact bank to force refund. Been here multiple times and best case scenario it's just okay. Many times orders are wrong, wait usually long and customer service is terrible.

If it's an option Morwell KFC is 10x better in every area, go there instead.

It's KFC. It makes you feel amazing when eating it, and less amazing afterwards. As is the way. But this one is pretty good.
Staff are friendly enough, they rarely forget things and they always do the order changes.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t very good. Ordered zinger box. There were hardly any nachos in it. Please we need more nachos in zinger box.

This place can be quite hit and miss. You can't really eat in the restaurant as it looks like a tip.

Been here many times, it's your standard KFC but often are out of items such as wicked wings ect and have given us the wrong items or missed items fairly regularly.

Very Helpful Manager/ staff, and extremely obliging when a New Staff member muddled up our Dinner Order, gave Bonus Portions as an Apology, which we thought was a Kind Touch

Drive thru staffs were not at all customer friendly and were very rude. These staffs need to learn how to serve people properly despite delivering them bad experience. To all the store managers of KFC Moe, this legacy will be passed on to everyone. Very bad.

Could be a lot better.

No spoon
No moist towelette
No customer service

4: 30PM on a Friday - not busy, before peak customers. Dined in, and was seated for about 20 minutes. All tables, besides one were dirty - they either had food crumbs or rubbish people had left on them. When I was leaving I actually had to ask staff to clean the restaurant as noone had come to clean the tables whilst I was seated. There were 2 staff members at the front counter stocking fridges with drinks, and would have clearly been able to see tables needed to be cleaned. Manager on duty should have instructed staff to maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, as it is their job to do so.

Just now got 3 piece box waited for 10 minutes staff is not friendly at all the girl at the front counter very rude too didn’t want to go back

Avoid if you enjoy not sitting on the toilet for a few hours. We came through 2 days ago at 2.47, believe it was the wicked wings that got us as our kids were fine and only we ate them. I have contacted customer support to no avail yet, I don't want a refund but do want work safe to inspect this location before they put some one in hospital with salmonella poisoning. I'm a qualified chef and understand food safety, they obliviously do not. I do not like leaving bad reviews as I understand people are far more likely to do so, rather than a good one but I have also seen the aftermath of food poisoning, which can be deadly.

Tldr, do not eat at this location.

Best KFC we've had for years i.e. Not greasy. The young staff managed rude impatient customers very well! Great job guys!

I got popcorn chicken from here on sunday night and all day monday i was feeling crook, was so weak and threw up multiple times.

Chicken nuggets were cooked to perfection, the staff were amazing and the manager was even nicer! Think her name was Brodi dining room was the best I've ever seen it and the store seems to be getting better by the day.
