20Never have chicken pieces when I order them at 6pm. Always a 15 minute wait no matter how busy the drive thru is.
Went through the drive through and when we parked realised there was a long black hair in one of the items, went inside to show them. They said they’d fix it and came out with a new one (assumed it was a new one), went home and opened the box and it was the exact same one with the hair still in it
Cleaner than last time seems to be an improvement. Not bad. Quick service all correct in my small order and staff seem to be experienced.
Always get missing when order 10 or more chicken wings or original recipe, customer service very very bad.
Great food, we love a good zinger (Zing on fellas!) but GOSH DAMN clean your McFrickin tables! Can’t sit anywhere without getting the 11 herbs and spices in my crack.
Worst food I ever had got in my life and very rude staff and don’t know how to talk to the customers. They are unprofessional.
Disgusting customer service asked for fresh chips the young lady behind the counter said to the other worker to tell me to get fu$%ed then the manager came and spoke to me and the young lady was laughing behind her back totally disgusting.

Ordered Food from here through their app. Order got accepted and I was charged half an hour went by driver was ready, then my order was cancelled. If they were going to cancel my order don't wait till the delivery time is up before cancelling.
Not the best for customer service! Oganising and preparing orders they are all over the shop because lack of staff, not fair
Must say for being a new store to the area i am extremely disappointed. We thought it would of been easier to order at the kiosk. By the time we finished odering the kiosk would wrk and said there was an error. There goes 9mins. Then i lined up and no joke we waited 11mins and still no one took our order. 20mins wasted with 2kids. Luckily there is a macas next door. 5mins service.
Friendly staff and who can complain about the chicken. Well you can if you want but let's face it we are all going to buy it again
First time here. Girl taking our order at the drive through seemed like she was over her shift. Not rude but not super friendly either. Service was quick which is always good. However, wicked wings were just warm. Was going to take it back but was too hungry. Chips were nice and hot. Had the wicked wings been served hot, I would have given this place 4 stars.

Went to get my food. Ordered at drive through waited for my turn there was nobody at the first window to get the money. I drove to the second one. The staff couldn’t figure out how can i pay. Manger was informed and she dropped F bomb straight up. I was told to go back in line so they can charge me for my food. I said its fine as long as my food is not going to be COLD. Went back to line waited another 12 minutes in line and paid. Picked up my food and it was COLD like it just came outta fridge. Absolutely disgusting service.
The best customer service I’ve had at a fast food place. I go through drive through and have food handled to me carefully & staff were absolutely awesome making sure I had all my drinks and food. I’m short, with short arms so having that drive through experience has just made this food trip awesome!
Everyone needs to cut some slack!
I have been here multiple times.face to face.because I’m not lazy like everyone else seems to be and I have found the customer service to be amazing, and the orders have always been correct! Great job guys keep it up! And ignore the negative feed back!
