KFC Melton Phoenix

I would like to thank the team who participated in making my 300 piece order, without you guys this wouldn't of been possible, chicken was so fresh that it was all gone that night. So on behalf of our team to you guys thank you so much and we will be back in the future for catering.

Also to anyone wanting to do big order there is 24hr notice and have to pay a deposit, I personally made a 48hr notice and payed the deposit just to make it easier for both me and them.

Worst service ever, staff just can't get it right and are so utterly rude! Never again

Best KFC in melton. There are always different deals on in store or on the app. The kiosks are helpful when there is a wait, so I would recommend using them to save time and pretty much cut in the queue.

I had wicked wings go bucket. Chips was not even half full. They may have run out of chips otherwise how could you serve to customer?

Food was good but the problem it wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered Chicken Tenders instead i got chicken zinger. Easy mistake i guess.

Well presented restaurant and on this occasion a happy win from KFC. Dropped past as hot and spicy was back which is a personal favourite of mine and some wicked wings as a starter. Ended up with twice the amount of wicked wings which was a welcome surprise. Thanks KFC.

Every time I come here I ask for extra salt and I always end up with just plain chips with no seasoning

We are so excited to have KFC for dinner. When we got back to out town house. The chicken is over fried and the meat is so dry. I am dissatisfied.

Its always a bit hit and miss with this franchise but happily this time it was a great all round experience. I used the app to order and picked up some freshly cooked chicken and some hot fresh chips too. Everything was how it should be and I was even slightly annoyed that I didn't order more because of past disappointments at this particular store.but this day.so good.

Chicken looked anorexic & over cooked. No spoons for the potato & gravy & no napkins.
Gave it another chance & won't be back!

Food was good, the place was filthy. The funniest thing I think.was when I saw cobwebs on the seat I was sitting on! They have booth style seating/tables and in the seating closest to the wall, there was a random chip close to the cobwebs. Perhaps a kind soul wanted to leave a morsel for the spiders to feed their community?
Like, its cute that you have a home for spiders and all, but its not really a good look for a fast food outlet, you know? #justwow

Good chicken tasted fresh. Never had an issue here. Sometimes we wait longer than expected at drive through.

Bought some meals chips was hard and ordered coke with ice no straw not good waste time and money

Always super busy, always a massive line for drive thru, food ok when you can get it. They run out of chicken alot.

Every single time I order, an item is always left out or they stuff my order up. So fed up with returning to ask for missing item.

Terrible service. Gave me wrong change and argued about it eventually rudely give correct change. Spoke to manager who was too busy to listen

The staff here are so nice and welcoming. The food is always nice and fresh I come here all the time. I love it here highly recommend. >3

Had my first delivery from this KFC and really happy with everything. Got the order correct and everything.

We waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru before closing time, and before we had the chance to order they shut the store down without telling anyone so we were all sitting in line waiting to be served, with no communication that they had closed.

It's KFC so you get exactly what you expect. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because even if you use the app to make changes they will occasionally stuff up the order and give you the default options for a meal.
