The staff member help us to replace the order though app but she select the wrong store as it’s come to pick the supervisor Noah declined to give us the order worth$10 so she told us to pick up from another store, she was very rude and unprofessional service. Never go to this place.

Fix your bacon oven! I can't believe how many months it has taken this place to fix it, in the meantime, no bacon! How can you order a Zinger Bacon & Cheese burger with no bacon? Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his gravy (with potato.)

The worst KFC I’ve ever had. Sloppy, Oily and tasteless… It used to be the best in Melton, but the quality has definitely gone downhill.

The place is run by kids who couldn't care less, they play loud music like it's a club and stare at you awkwardly/ignore you completely instead of taking your order. Do not come here- service is appalling.never coming back.

Please read the full order slip before giving orders in drive thru, always end up home missing most of my meal. Drive thru seems to be closed almost everytime

The worst. Food is always dry, sometimes oily, smells old and overcooked. It's down the road from home and I'd rather drive further. Been here 4 times and everytime was bad

The dirtiest KFC I have ever been in. As soon as I saw the dirty tables and overflowing rubbish, I left in a heartbeat. Can you just imagine what the kitchen must be like? No thanks!

I just got home from picking up dinner for my family and I. There was only one zinger patty so we had to change our order to a large original recipe, which was fine I get it.then we get to the window and was told they only have solo cans, so even though we paid for a large combo we only got cans not two cans just one. And then in the other large meal we got given a Mountain Dew can aswell. We got our meal and the chips are cold, the chicken is stale, and the bacon is so old and stale that you couldn’t not even eat it. So really we paid for nothing.

Never ever do this about where i eat.
Rolled up to get food well maybe this shop should stay close indefinitely.

Kfc has been around for.years doesn't seem like it here.staff try to do there best.
But I'd probably go out towards woodgrove.
Or not get kfc at all

Double Zinger burger was ok. 3 piece feed was dry chips unsalted and soggy. Sadly struggling to find a good KFC anywhere in metro Melbourne

Worst KFC I have ever had. Waited over 20 mins, that was OK. But what we got was discussing. The young lady serving was just not interested in being there. No customer service at all. Very disappointing

Every single time we order from here we ask for extra salt, and every single time we get our chips there’s NO SALT
I’ve worked at kfc before, so I know it’s not difficult to salt the chips before you hand them out
Not to mention, we ordered today, I asked for bacon which costs extra and they forgot, I asked for wicked wings and I got popcorn chicken.
Sort it out guys.

The chicken (wicked wings) was over cooked. Breadings too hard. Did not enjoy our meal. The tables are dirty.

Ordered food for a delivery, had my account debited and guess what? No delivery. Took me a month to get my money back with no explanation or apology.

Absolutely the worst KFC I've tasted, the chicken was disgusting. So oily I had one bite and felt sick and couldn't keep eating, chips were coldish and potato n gravy was all I had left at least that was edable. Don't know how they get away with it as this is not the first time, I'll never go back there again

Team member named Delta I think it was, really polite girl & handled my meal as wished. When really busy in front counter she got thru all the orders and still managed to get to my order as fast as she could and felt as if I got my food first:)

This place is a joke. My burger had a chunk of 4 slices of cheese all stuck together, 70% of that cheese wasn’t even in the burger as it had all broken off into the wrapper. The chicken was lukewarm and soggy as if it had been microwaved from yesterday. The whole thing must have been thrown against a wall before being wrapped up because the sauce was everywhere but the burger. Chips were no saving grace as they were also cold and soggy, even having to spit a mouthful out due to it tasting like a compost bin.
Pepsi was still good!

Got husband popcorn chicken tonight after work, was disappointed, very dry won't get it from there again.

We went to this KFC tonight at 10pm without high hopes but we were very pleasantly surprised- there were about 7 people working, music pumping, having such a good time, our food was ready in less than 2 minutes and they got every single detail right. Love this place and their vibe 12/10
