KFC Melbourne Central Food Court

I got 3 wicked wings and i took a bite and it was pink. I spat it out and peeled the skin of and the whole thing was pink and gross. It was so undercooked luckily i only took a small bite.

Fly's eggs on the chicken, are you serious? I'll never have KFC again. And they only do refund or give me some free chicken? Why do they think I want to have KFC chicken after this?

I’m not sure who is picking this kind a staff here. Staff were VERY unfriendly The employees seemed forced to stand still

Saturday morning the busiest day for people and this Store still not open at 10: 15 am. Front of Store still littered with rubbish and floor dirty Thank you McDonalds for opening obviously want the business more!

I like kfc very much. I use the Melburn Central food court kfc on my way to work in the morning and have never given me what I ordered properly. Sometimes it feels like racism. You've never said hello to me and you have to check what I ordered every time with a frown on your face and ask for more, but you have to give me food and just go inside and wait every time you come out after 5 to 10 minutes. I'm just hoping for a napkin and disposable spoon senitizing tissue and I wonder why I have to be treated so racist every time. I hope this racist and service-minded employee can be fired as soon as possible. It's a female employee with braces on her teeth. I want you to check it out and fire him Every day is unpleasant.

I had the snack box today
And there was not much chips in it, also not crisp very lappy
And the same with nuggets, not crisp
Please cook the food properly

The drink was great but the service was terrible! They were so disrespectful when I kindly asked for my drink. This girl wasn’t doing anything and just laughing with a coworker and the other person was making meals. I needed to catch my train and I just wanted a drink so I asked the girl “can you just quickly make my drink please” and she replied with “no, I won’t make it until I’m ready”. I was just so shocked at the language and the tone she used towards me and as a person who has worked in food I know how customer service works. I was just utterly disappointed in the attitude I got especially because she was doing nothing but talking and laughing with a co-worker.

Just revived the best service. Thanks guys. The lady who was the manger gave beautiful service.

Hit and miss, sometimes the food is good and sometimes the food is bad, I guess depends on who is working

Probably the worst kfc I’ve gone so far. Oil was old and my fries were old. Took some time to make my food too.

My chicken was too greasey and made me burp up a loogey which i promply spat into the deepfryer to be served up as a popcorn chicken

Not overly busy at 1pm but service of food was a little slow DEFINITELY worth waiting for fresh hot chips and fresh hot chicken

Ordered chips and gravy. When they called my order ready for collection the told me they’d run out of gravy and asked if it would be ok if they swapped it for a potato and gravy. I said no sorry and they made such an ordeal I just said it’s fine I’ll take it in the end. Don’t fulfill the order with no product available if it’s such a hassle to refund! People taking orders are always so grumpy too.

Check the order before leaving the store as ordered a snack together with pack only on arrival home realised item are missing

If the staff can get off their phones, that would be a start. The man taking the orders messed up my order, and seemingly also messed up the orders of the people before and after me, which backed up the kitchen filled with said staff on phones. Took forever to get the food out and of course was of poor quality because of how rushed it was.

Always low efficiency！ every time I come, there is a long line to wait. And staffs do know what they gonna to do! Just let everyone wait for them

I went to that KFC today and the boxed meals weren’t at the screen, big mistake because people need to see the menu and I didn’t remember the name of the box I like.
I asked the girl and she suggested me to see the menu online, unfortunately my data was slowly and it can happen to anyone. She was ABSOLUTELY rude to me, her manners to talk just disappeared and when I was ready to order she was completely ignoring me.
So disappointing this service and also I think KFC should be more careful with the people that are working at their restaurants because that woman’s attitude was absolutely humiliating to me, so rude
At the end I just rather go to McDonald’s and I am only one costumer but every lost should matter for a good restaurant

Foul attitude from the lady at the checkout when I requested to have a mousse-cup defrosted as it had been handed to me frozen. I requested a refund as the product had not been thawed as the fridge temperature was ‘too low’ however my refund was 45 cents short. I received a $2.50 on a $2.95 product. Do better.

Worst service of any KFC I’ve been too. Won’t sell you 2 tenders (only 1 or 3), and won’t like you substitute items in meal boxes. The chicken was dry and basically inedible, the roll I received smelled & tasted awful. KFC is often hit and miss, but avoid this one at all costs.

Really disappointing experience, got the tenders combo and the tenders were wet they were so greasy, could not recommend: (.
