KFC Lucas

The wait tike was incredible and the food was delicous. By far the best KFC in Ballarat.

Their playlist was really good too.

It took us twice driving around the block to find the entrance to get into the carpark. Badly designed

I got a Zinger burger combo. Got home and the burger was luke warm at best. Had to microwave it to eat. At least the chips were warmer!

When your Door dash driver and Crew at KFC Lucas go above and beyond. Chucked a custom note on the order for an autograph. Drive got all the staff in store to sign the box/meal.:)

The slowest drive through in the 40 years going to KFC approx 15 minutes wait and no apology and and just laughed about it very ordinary

Very poor customer service second time going here and hated it again

1. The girl taking my order while I was saying it kept say is that it is that all but I didn't even say what I wanted yet
2. I said I wanted to ORDERS she put 2 waters omg really
3. I asked for a receipt I got told to go to the next window where I then wasn't given it
4. I could see them talking about me and then heared the girl that took my order she said water she did order water love if I wanted water I would drink the one next to me not pay top dollar for one from you
5.the manage then came and asked what was wrong fixed it up and gave me my refund for one of my oders (they messed up both orders) with a very sour and not nice look on her face

Just a tip if you can't count don't work where you have to if you can't be nice work somewhere where you don't have to deal with people and also if you can't be happy or at lease have a smile on your face or are having a bad day don't go to work

CUSTOMERS Count your pieces of chicken!
This store for the fourth time gave me less pieces of chicken and nuggets in the giant feast I ORDERED, funny that I never get five more pieces EVER!
ATT to the person who hires the staff, Counting up to 20 should be a must before hiring staff,
My 3 year old counts up to 20!
Or does your hiring application state we hire people with math dyslexia!

Second time i have tried delivery from this store both times things missing from order. They can't resend missing items via menulog only option is credit for next time or pickup missing items.so much for ordering in!

Absolutely disgusting. Chips not cooked properly and no salt on them. They were so undercooked that I couldn’t eat them. Surely it’s not hard to cook chips properly.

The worst KFC in Ballarat Vic
Food prep is pathetic, been there 5 times and still worst, no sign of improvement. Burgers are dry with no sauce at all, chicken pieces soggy as ever, the chips are like off cuts seconds and the salt content, unbelievably salty as ever. As a local of LucasI have previously raised these issues but still the same or worst. I wonder why does the food tastes so yummy at KFC Sturt street? Makes you wonder. Never again, KFC Lucas!

The KFC itself is good. My gripe is with the construction of the entry road. Completely crazy and only one entry point. Needs to be connected to the Coltman plaza side otherwise it is only encouraging illegal turns to enter. Whoever engineered it needs their head read.

This has got to be the worst KFC in the area. Always have problems. And food ways different and ordinary. I'll stick with sebas

Came to try the new jalapino slaw.
Nice bite to it. Ordered 3 piece feed and got 3 very small dry pieces of chicken. Chips were cold and didnt taste seasoned. Shame as we travelled a long way mainly to try the coleslaw. We were told it was small when we asked. But container was only half full. We wouldnt return.

Rubbish. Always slow, and always stuff up the order. Clearly not staff's fault - management sort your business out - it's embarrassing.

For the third visit to a KFC store they got the order wrong. My fault I guess. I should have checked before I left in view of my previous experience.

Pretty much worst kfc I've had in Ballarat, burgers always seems so dry and like they're been out for a while. Even the tenders and chicken can be pretty average but chips are pretty good.

Absolotely the SLOWEST service at a KFC in my entire life. I am writing this review whilst i have already spent 20 minutes in the restaurant waiting for my order! Ffs

Bought achicken fillet burger for my mum and it was cold. Again went there wednesday got 3 pieces of chicken and she had to put it in the bin as once again it was cold. Where is the management in this place he needs to step up and do his job.

I have constantly had issues with this kfc. I’ve requested extra salt on the chips on multiple occasions whilst ordering which was never included, and have resorted to asking at the window when receiving food to make sure (pretending I forgot to ask when ordering).

Tonight the woman handing me my order blatantly lied by telling me there was a heap of extra salt after I asked, which is surprising considering as they miraculously must have known that I wanted extra salt…with a “large” chips that was half full…
I’ll be making the extra journey to the Wendouree kfc from now on.

It was kfc, to salty but the wife like it.

Strange with the restriction lifted in regional vic, no sit down to eat.
