KFC Leongatha

The staff are friendly and so helpful. When I got charged twice accidentally due to computer error they helped me get a refund. The Chicken tenders are the best at this particular KFC as I have been to ones where they're too salty. Thank you for the yummy lunch!

Lucky people to get my attendance 2 times in as many weeks. Done alright both times. 1st time no drink of choice. 2nd time no potato and gravy. Gave me choice of Other things. All good. Maybe be back in years time.

They will always forget atleast 1 ot 2 items on your order here, happens way too often.worst KFC going around too.ran by children who don't know anything.

Food was good, staff friendly. Tables dirty, toilets filthy. Maybe they prefer you have takeaway

Honestly the best crew work here. They are always friendly, helpful and if they get your order wrong, don't hesitate to to go out of their way. Love the fun they have here too.

Horrible choice for dinner, store was discusting. Staff members were more focused on mucking around and eating the food with gloves on, and then touching peoples orders. Potato and gravy was 2 hours past its expiry, yet they still handed it out. Was told that the manger was away so thier was no official way to complain about the low standards of this store. Rubbish was in a pile near the bins while 10 staff just mucked around.

Small KFC, friendly staff and order was quick, though chips not overly hot. My tender burger was very tasty with loads of mayo.
The odd thing was the lack of hand sanitizer in the store

Drive through out of order and they had a 15 minute wait on chicken.their primary ingredient.

The most unhinged kfc in aus - funny though, go for the experience but pack your own lunch.

Asked for extra chips. Didnt get them. So sick of asking for salt on our chips that we keep getting none! Every time we ask for sauces we dont get them. So tired of this KFC store. It has gone to s**t. Would rather travel to get decent KFC! STEP UP!

I am not a big fan of fast food outlets. This KFC really impressed me and the family. Kyle and Brandon were so polite and friendly, they went out of their way in satisfying our order. The meal was excellent.
Very clean & tidy premises with a great ambience
These boys & girls will go along way in the hospitality industry. All have great positive attitudes as well as plenty of enthusiasm.
Great to see such a young team having fun and enjoying their work

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst KFC out there by far. Went there at 8pm tonight with 6 teenage boys after a birthday party to get a giant feast bucket only to be told by the rude staff members that there were no chicken pieces left and they wouldn’t sub them for anything else like tenders or popcorn chicken. Being a local it’s not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, the staff are all young kids who are rude and care more about joking around with each other than doing their job

The staff needs to focus on customer service here. Being friendly won't hurt your business, but being hostile will. Wicked wings were either not cooked enough or the meat was brused. Either shouldn't be served to the customer.

Placed an order for six Go Buckets. I only recieved four. One of the four was tiny and half the size of the rest. When I returned they gave me the other two buckets. No a issues with that, other then no apology given. As for the tiny Go Bucket, they told me they are portion controlled. I showed them the others and they said they should be more consistent. The two replacement Go Buckets were tiny. I will never visit this KFC again.

I love it. The original chicken is the best. So juicy, so tender and very tastefull.

The service here also nice, they serve us well.

The plase has enough seat and 2 toilets so the customer dont have to wait long to wash their hands or something.

From turning into the driveway, to turning out of the driveway, with our food, would have been no more than 2 minutes. The young man who took our drive through order was so friendly, and helpful, as were the people who gave us our order. It was piping hot, and smelt Devine. Best kfc experience I’ve ever had, in my 40-years. Well done!

The kiosk didn't allow me to customize the burger and swap large chips with something else. However order was placed. I spoke to the Staff they helped me. They are very helpful and food was really good.

Very nice. Excellent staff. Get everything ready literally next second. Will definitely come again even I live in Perth.

Went here for lunch and it was the oiliest kfc I've ever had BP oil would even apologise for that much oil
