Probably one of the best KFC out there, I rate this KFC and Vermont pretty high. I got a twister combo, this was definitely one of the best twisters I've had, it was filled wasn't poorly made and had heaps of ingredients and fresh cooked strip's, the manager at the time was very polite, great customer service and everything seem like it was well managed, oh it was very clean restaurant aswell, I didn't catch his name but he was maybe in his mid 30s slick back hair that was combed, well done. I've been here a few times now and it's always been freshly cooked meals and great service. Thanks for the great KFC

Sick of ordering online delivery, and never receiving my complete order, how hard is it to double check orders, no I don't want refund, it's happened few too many times for me, $50 and $60 dollar orders.
I expect kfc to pay for second delivery and for fill the order. Not giving excuses that only have trainees or short staffed, its the managers job to get all to double check.
Maybe warn us on the app before ordering, that what you order might arrive not complete! Cancelled my account Never again

Have been to this kfc multiple times and it does the basics but multiple times I have been given the wrong items or staff have ignored simple requests like fresh chips or extra salt.

Nice, cheerful lady served me tonight. I had never been to this particular KFC before, so it was a nice first impression. Food was good too!

Ordered Mixed Feast box. All ok except for pieces of chicken. I weird shaped piece that not sure what part of chook it came from, and 3 tiny overcooked wing pieces. Very disappointing.

30 minute wait in drive-thru, forgot our order.

Friendly staff, most times goes without a hitch.

They used to be really good especially with popcorn chicken bucket but now a days there are more chips than popcorn chicken in a go bucket.

Ok but over run with louts sitting inside swearing making fun of customers and making the place an ordinary visit.

The food at KFC Kew is great. The staff is friendly. However I am sick and tired of having to call your store for missing items when I get home! Do I havw ti unpack my order on your counter to check it? Every time?
I came in Saturday (5/11) evening. My docket was #798
The large potato gravy was missing. I know it's just potato gravy but I've already paid for it!
I called and spoke with a staff member about it who offered me a credit or come back to pick it up. (I wasn't coming back)
Gave my email address and still waiting! This part of your service as a store is very poor.

Served by Tom Mark and Connie, excellent experience, should be given a 50% raise. Extremely nice and good-looking.they were peak humans.

What was that Zinger burger I just had? !? Microscopic fillet, really the smallest zinger fillet I've ever encountered in a Zinger and on top of that, I don't think it was even fully cooked! I'd be embarrassed giving that to a customer, I'll be avoiding this particular branch for a long time!

I think the girl who served me was named Carla.most chipper and genuinely fun server at a food place I've ever had. I dunno how you can work at KFC and be this happy but Carla can and I love her for it

After a long day at work, I stroll into KFC expecting a nice warm meal and service with a smile. What I don't expect are fat private school gronks with skanky curly mullets clogging up the queue. Normally I don't lose too much sleep over this, but when I walk in to be told they are out of popcorn chicken I feel my heart sink into my stomach. I will never be back because of these privileged fattys.

Great KFC helpful have a Full Menu. Staff are Polite and actually let you put your PIN # when PAYING. Not like Doncaster

Messed up my order gave me the wrong drink was rude at the register.my food come out looking horrible and my burger wrapping was ripped! Would of love to spoken to a manager but was rushed away quickly

I ordered from app and picked up from drive thru. I picked up the order with 3 coleslaws missing that I had to return to get it back. Luckily, I was still close by to double check, otherwise, it would be my bad day when I got home as I wouldn't be able to return to the store to get it back. Efficiency but without accuracy is not up to standard, l had to return the second time but just got back what I was missing without good will gesture simply no class act. Besides, they didn't put serviettes or cutlery in my dinner box until I paid second visit to ask for it. Not a very good service and the chips were awful.

The staff here were nice and pleasant, the space was clean and it wasn't very busy. Overall it was a great experience going here.

Very bad exp wicked wings was so hard, not at all hot, chicken was also not fresh, plz dnt sell like this.

Got forgot about with a Go Bucket, but they saw me waiting and asked what I was waiting for.

Overall a positive experience.

This is the best Kfc in the country. We loved our freshly made hot meal. The customer service was extremely superb. Who doesn't like smiling welcome with amazingly quick service. Thank you team KFC.
