KFC Kangaroo Flat

Unfortunately the prices seem to have almost doubled in the past year. I go there sometimes about 3: 30pm and the food has always been fresh which is better than I can say for other places. A better KFC than most of them.

It is supposed to be fast food, but when it takes 20 minutes to get some nuggets that we're cold not happy.

The food is accurately described in the menu and the service was as expected from drive through fast food, bit of a line up in the drive through but if fast food is what your craving this may be an option.

Customer service was top notch. Called up to enquire about some 'chicken' to be greeted by the sweet voice of Jack, the Manager. Answered all my probing questions with such patience and respect. 5/5
If I could give 6. I probably wouldn't. But still. Well done young man.

Wait times here are ridiculous the last 2 times I’ve been here over 20 minutes even when the store only has 2-3 customers inside

Went through the drive thru tonight, ordered dinner and got called a c**t very rude not happy at all!

I have no idea if this is either a giant popcorn chicken or an extremely small piece of chicken, this is half the size of what I expected I was getting based off the pictures. This is not a zinger box instead it is called a zinger (bad joke) box.

If I could rate no stars I would.

This is a long established business that has fed generations the comfort food staple of froed chicken. I am old enough to have had a friend who used to work at this store while we where at Uni together.

Through the years my tastes have changed throughout the variuos special menus available from KFC. Sauces and spicy battered options come and go, but one thing seems to stick with me as the alltime classic, just good old original recipe fried chicken. Done right- its amazing! The trick seems to be to get some once the new batch is coming straight out of the fryer.

I have been to several KFC's that seem to please no matter what, no matter how well i time my walk in the fried checken is always good.

This KFC seems to be one of those, whenever i go in store and order i manage to get a good fresh batch of fried chicken. The staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile

Any new franchise nearby better be on the "a" game if they have any chance of competing for the same pool of customers.

Sat inside for the first time for lunch today. It was very clean and organised. The tables were clear and there wasn't any visible mess. Could have used an extra staff member on the register serving customers as the line got long at times. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The Menulog/door dash isn't always so hot and fresh, but still a good reliable restaurant.

Empty shop so I guess that's why burgers were not very hot (cooked for the earlier busy time

Twice in a row my online order from this K/Flat KFC has been Wrong.
Tonight my child's specific burger wasn't included & when I RANG THE STORE they said THEY COULDN’T RECTIFY IT.
2nd time in a row! Order stuffed up!
But the store REFUSES to Accept Responsibility!
I'm NOT HAPPY!

Very handy for a fast easy (slightly late) dinner. I was quickly processed through the drive through after getting back from melbourne later then anticipated - all in all it made this tired mumma's job much easier. The "to go" buckets are perfect size for my toddler and for only a couple of $$ too! Bit of chicken, some chips = perfect.

A very busy store. They were quick as they could be and didn't miss any details. The food was of very good quality as well.

Despite having an oven not working, the staff were going above& beyond to inform customers as well as getting orders out as swiftly as possible. Great job!

Customer service was very good but the cleanliness of the diner like table tops, seating and floor areas need someone with great eye detail as the grease streaks are spread all over, like I love too eat but I also love to take care of the clothes im wearing, sitting on greased chicken crust is a no no apart from this keep the good work up!

This KFC is one of the best the toilets are so nice too. I went with some friends and we all had a blast, amazing food too!

Wayyyyyyyy too much salt on the chips to the point i could not even eat them. Asked for one burger to have nothing but the chicken, but cheese was added.

Consistently great food & customer service from this franchise. The owners should be proud. I only wish the same owners had my local KFC! Keep up the good work
Update: I've changed to 5* because the consistency overall here of meals & customer service is deserving of top rating.

Unlike other KFC's the staff are mostly young and the food, has a fair way to go before reaching most other stores time, effort and portion sizes. Sadly on this occassion, I arrived when appearances, serves and care to customers didn't really apply or seem to matter. Here's hoping that they can turn this around very quickly, given just how close the competition is to it.

Service here is always horrendous. Seriously a basic order how can you get that wrong? I doubt the staff can read or worse they just don't care
