KFC Irymple

Went to order chicken, cheese and bacon burger. Was told there was no bacon again! Same excuse for over 3 weeks now! Unacceptable. Never going to kfc again!

Won’t even give it 1 star. Had to call up to get order replaced as the chips were so salty they were uneatable, the burger was wrong and chicken undercooked.when we came back to collect our replacement order it was still wrong and the chips were uneatable again, burger missing bacon and still had sauce on which had asked to be removed. Ordered a popcorn chicken and slider bucket and instead got one small and one large chips with a small bag of popcorn chicken. NOT IMPRESSED!

All the crew good, but the dining table sticky and the floor not really clean. By the way KFC Irymple more more better then KFC Deakin Avenue. 75 percent people said KFC Irymple cook more delicious then than the other. All the best

Food was fine, however the dining room was quite dirty. It wasn't busy, yet all surfaces and floors looked as though they had received no recent attention. Staff smoking/vaping in the outdoor seating area beside the door does not add the the experience.

Very disappointed in the services, couldn't help me with heating my bottle up for my baby, very rude people behind the counter to, very VERY disappointed! They do not care about babies and their hunger clearly, no wonder your losing business

Normally the best, but wasn't up to their usual quality, chicken was old, dry and oily, hopefully improve

Terrible. Took 20 minutes to get my meal, there was only 3 people in the store. Not busy at all. Not impressed

I don’t think iv had one order actually be right form this place. And wouldn’t feed is trash to the dogs.

Tonight's KFC was the best we have had in a while! It was fresh juicy hot and delicious.the service was friendly and fast! Well done team!

Regularly do pickups for DoorDash and on rare occasion enjoy lunch or dinner from here.

This place has come a long way from back in the day when you would need to check your order before leaving to find out what is missing. Not only are the orders on point now but so is the service. I can definitely recommend this KFC for a feed now!

Was good, the machines didn't work to make my order so I had to go to the counter and redo my whole order. Service was quick though.

I have to be quite honest here, the chips were cold and the chicken was cool and oiley. If I didn't have a two and a half hour drive home I would have gone back and complained. It should have never happened! I doubt if I'll be back!

My 1st time supporting this outlet today. Really not impressed, and it was not even busy. Repeated my order probably 3 times, yet they still got it wrong. Asked for 3 tenders with bbq sause, ended up getting 3 pieces and suoer charged dip. Surely my accent is not that bad. Will not see me again

Staff are rude, why work at a fast food store if you don't want to be there.
Not a smile from one person, its as if you are inconveniencing them.
Maybe KFC need to hire adults and not teenagers cause they clearly don't want to be there

Better than the Deakin KFC store i feel, 99% of the time had fresh chips with the perfect amount of salt, chicken tenders and zinger burger chicken is crispy 98% of the time, popcorn chicken has always been great.

Gave it 4 stars because of the odd times here and there where the chips come out looking a little bit sad and soggy or the tenders or zinger burger chicken has not been cooked quite long enough, but still great overall.

Fast and prompt service care taken in meal preparation love the staff too very polite and all have gd pr skills

Rarely get an order too badly wrong but a very dirty dining area and toilets are even worse. Recommend for drive thru only but check your order before you leave

Look it's ok but really what has happened to the 11 herbs and flavor KFC needs to bring back the old receipe because it's lacking flavor

Very disappointed with how we were treated. We Ordered and paid via the app and clicked the button once in store. However the staff claimed it was a delivery and walked off.

Those in charge did not allow our food to be prepared and left us standing there. Four vehicles through drive through and two customers served in store after we arrived.

Finally back to checkout and questioned it. We could prove the order but they just did not want to give it to us. They stood out the side chatting and then directed the nice girl out the front to give us the order.

I don’t know what the motivation was but we will not buy from there again.

Two stars because the food was good when we we got it.

Waited to long for our order drive though as the staff must have got something wrong with the car before as. And I am sure that you will have a lot of anger customers drive-through was backed up our meal was cold.
