33Ordered food and waited 20 minutes for it, while at least 20 other orders were done. We asked an employee and they told us to wait another 6 minutes to make tenders.
My kids don’t like it. …. Too expensive for tiny chicken…! I thoghht kfc and maccas are for when you only have a dollar in your wallet, but turn out you need to be a BILLIONARE to eat here in 2024. Hope staff is ok…look so young and stress.nice service hope they find a better job! Angry at kfc highpoint hope 1 star review will make them treat customers and workers nicer!
First of all I had to wait 10 minutes for a small popcorn chicken. The staff are treated so badly and the management is so unprofessional. When staff work an 8 to 9 hour shift they get a 30 minute break and that is all. My partner was managing the restaurant for a short amount of time before the head restaurant manager told him that they simply can not afford him and demoted his position to a regular team member after contracts were signed. Not only did they demote his position and drop his pay they DID NOT tell him that they were going to do so. Simply just really let down. Do better
Messed up order, missing items, $62 for old oil, scrawny pieces of chicken, half filled chips. Ripped off.
Just another KFC outlet, bear in mind when they are busy they do not take online orders via KFC app.
As far as food courts go, this is ok. Not many people eating of sitting. Out of all the kiosks, Macca’s was the busiest. Value for money.
Seems folk don’t want to spend to much at lunch. Clean, tidy and gif cleaning lady was very polite and friendly.
Went by to grab a $1 freeze 5 minutes from closing. Have to say the service was second to none. The young lad prepped my order with exceptional speed and had it ready before I even completed my payment. Great customer service, especially considering it was at the end of the work day. Keep it up and props to the young crew.
We came tonight as we had home delivery from here last night and yet again, they missed out items from our order. I called and the lady I spoke to apologised and said if I came in they would fix me up with another meal. So when I arrived at 6: 40pm, they were busy granted, but I was still made to wait at least 10 mins before I could speak to a manager to deal with it. I want to shout out to the young guy serving (and training someone else) at the counter. If it wasn't for his bright attitude, I would have been very annoyed again. So thankyou for being nice and touching base with me every minute or two. It made the difference.
Too much salt on the chips! Could barely eat it, I needed to order a frozen Pepsi and 6 nuggets to wear off the taste. A friend of mine ordered it too, and it was just as bad. Very unsatisfied, I'll just order at Macca's from now on.
70+ min delivery with DOORDASH (SLOWGO more like it). Chips and Chicken Cold, Coleslaw warm. Food had been sitting in the restaurant for a long time as the condensation from the Cold Pepsi Max had soaked through 3 bags. DONT USE DOOR DASH FOR ANYTHING
Todays meal was great although while waiting i watched them underfill every frozen they poured.

Horrible.i work in customer service right across the road and this was the worst service ever.the manager was purely rude the (orange headed guy.) he told me to 'learn' how to use the kfc app after they messed up my order and wasted 20minutes of my lunch break just to find it on the bench then proceeded to give me attitude for asking for a fresh meal.
Very patient staff and even though it is always busy the service is very quick. The food is always hot and the chicken is crunchy. Overall one of the best KFC I had in Melbourne.
Don't bother trying to call the store, you won't get through. I had a bad meal on Thursday night, been trying to call them to let them know, but can't get through on the phone.
No complaints. They usually get my order right. I think with all fast food outlets it really depends on who you get!
The staff need to learn the customer service specifically the manager. First he dont know how to behave as part of customer service and second he dont dont know how to talk to a customer

Worst KFC chips ever. This is the fourth time I've visited KFC Highpoint over the past year and nothing has changed. They obviously don't change the oil in the Deer fryer regularly.
Everyone knows not to work here. Manager has no idea what he’s doing. They fail to train their people properly. The old staff are very unwelcoming, judgemental and are one big gossip group. This has been told from multiple people who have worked there.
Didn’t let me use my staff discount told me to use the app and I told them it didn’t let me order through it.
Always interesting to find my way to the food court at Highpoint but when I arrived I needed something fast so went for KFC.
A chicken wrap with a raspberry slushie and the most lovely chips of all the fast food places.
Food was tasty and made fresh in front of my eyes so was quite happy with the taste and portion size.
Staff were friendly. Good carpark size - in fact enormous. Kid friendly. Wheelchair accessible.
