Fast food places are not my favourite however circumstances called for a dime in experience.
The twister and chips I ate were fresh off the fryer and this was the first pleasant surprise. The place was clean and the counter staff helpful and efficient.
Not much atmosphere inside on a Friday at 1pm - all the excitement was outside in the drive thru where cars were queued back to the service road.
A good experience

We want here to grab a snack after shopping, I got the zinger burger, the bun top and bottom were only 50% on the chicken, folded over and looked like the person had thrown the buns on from 20m away and folded it with their eyes closed. Imagine the bleat side of the bottom bun was only 50% covering chicken. We pay good money to get food and your staff don't even have the decency to provide a product that is what we paid for. No passion, accountability or quality to your customers.

Good to be able to get the order ready on app but have to be careful to check your order after getting it cause there were a few times we got the wrong order

It’s my weekly treat/splurge and 8/10 times they get it wrong and cannot get my order correct. Why?

Staff member that served me was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the food was on the cold side of warm. I ate in the restaurant. There were many dirty tables, bins were overflowing and the restroom was discusting.

Hands down the best Dad in the area. His thick, greasy chicken is always there for you when you need it.

Great fresh food and always served by lovely girls with a smile keeps me coming back time and time again

I don’t know who was working tonight Friday 16 September, but it was the best KFC experience I’ve ever had worldwide. My zinger and fries were perfect and the service was good as well.

Hopeless! Service is a joke and cleanliness is definitely questionable. Stood there waiting to be served, yet no one came to the counter, yet they were all just general chatting among themselves, so I left. Disappointing.

I came here to order some chicken and had a heart attack. One of your emoloyees named Riley M saved me by peforming CPR and saving my life. I walked away with my zinger box in the end. Thank you

I bought the ultimate box. The burger are totally sucks. The burger bun is hard like rock and not fresh. Better go to KFC Brighton

This is my second time I ordered chicken from this store and test like you eating salt alone. I can't believe it's that salty I can only eat half of the chicken tender. The rest was a waste

This store is the absolute pinnacle of forgetting something in your order I don't know how you forget a zinger burger in a zinger box but you guys figured it out good job

Pretty good KFC I've been through this place countless times for a bit of the old Dirty Bird!
And for a fast food chain, this location seems to do pretty well with orders and customer service, the restaurant is kept clean and tidy, I'll never have a second thought about pulling in here for a quik fix.

Just bought original chicken tenders. Had no flavour. None of the 11 herbs and spices. Nothing. Bland rubbish. Worst KFC south of the city.

8.5/10 chicken tenders were ok. Got two extra nug's which was a nice surprise.

The exit for the service road come up quick, may have to double back to take a second try at it.

The girl at the front counter was polite and friendly.

Currently, I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my KFC lunch and they pretty much also has the worst customer service in my opinion, they forget to put in the food we wanted as well, etc chicken.

The bread they used from our burgers were the coles bakery bread and wonderwhite bread. Pretty much ruined the eating experience.
