KFC Hastings

Take away from counter. Asked for zinger burgers and 2 Large fries. Received 4 regular fries and 2 different burgers & not cooked properly, through them at bin. It was a bad experience I had was different with other kfc stores. Never go there again.

Have been here many times. Have never really had a problem. I 99% of the time go through drive through. Staff are mostly nice. But every so often, you might catch someone on a bad day. Never really much of a wait time.

If I’m ordering and paying full price for an extra piece of chicken. I shouldn’t get 2 wings! How hard is it to give one decent piece of chicken as an extra. Surely one wing and decent piece is t too much to ask for.

Every. Single. Time. Do not leave here until you check your purchase. I have returned home too many times to discover I am missing items.

Look. I get the pain of working in fast food, but when I got to the DT the girl handing out the food, not even being friendly told us there’s no apple juice, no sorry nothing, and usually I wouldn’t mind like ok not your fault but it’s not until I ask what drinks they do have she ROLLS HER EYES. Looks away says Pepsi max? Ok? It’s not the fact they didn’t have the apple juice it’s the way she spoke to me and didn’t give me options of a substitute. If you don’t like your job, quit, or at least fake it till you make it.

Was told after ordering there would be a wait of 5 minutes for chicken. After waiting 15 minutes l went in. Finally got my meals and was told all freshly made. Got home chips and my burger were cold. Not impressed.

Have been to kfc hastings on 3 occasions. 2 of those times the didn't have chicken. The 1 time we could get chicken it took us 3 mins of waiting for them to finish there conversation to serve us. Worst kfc I've been to hands down

No burgers? Wasn't even bother offering some chicken or something, at least should've notify on the app, nothing, just "here's your refund we don't have anything". Best experience ngl.

One of the cleanest KFC'S I've ever seen. I started going here instead of the Rosebud store as they kept running out of chicken and the Rosebud store is filthy.

Don't go here for a quick break or express service. Took them 22mins for a large zinger meal and I was the only one in line waiting. Not forget they forgot the chips.

Reliable food services, kind and good working staff. Come here many many times and have enjoyed much food here. Would recommend. I would recommend specifically the popcorn chicken go bucket and frozen mountain dew.

Wouldn't recommend coming here. To many times not getting what I have asked for, honestly it just seems like a bunch of kids that don't actually give a ****. Prices have gone up and it's not actually worth what your paying for.

Terrible slow service, staff aren't trained up enough. Meal preparation time is slow. When trying to order they didn't even know their own menu items.

6pm on saturday night and no chicken. Have been told 20+minute wait. You people are pathetic.seriously.shut this embarassment of a store down immediately

Unfortunately they almost always forget something in the order. Sometimes the food isn't cooked right. They changed closing time yet still accepted online order and took my money with no chance of me getting the food.

Sat in drive thru queue for half hour only to be told when finally getting to order that that don't take card and i need to order inside. Took 40 mins waiting for the queue to go through. Wouldnt even allow to order and pay inside after. Signs about issue only shown on order speaker. No understanding.

Worst kcf I've ever been to. Young and rude staff and managers, nothing cooked properly. Shut the joint down

Honestly this place leaves something out of our irder 3 times out of 4. I.just don't get it. Check the bag. Not that tricky.

My standard order is 2 x chips with extra salt.
The last three times I've been here I've received raw floppy potato sticks with salt on the top ones but none on the bottom. The potato is so raw it's still crunchy.

Staff have no training in how to cook or follow basin instructions like extra salt.

Continue to mess my order up. After multiple attempts. Worst KFC I've been too yet.not to mention my chicken was raw.
