KFC Grovedale

Ordered delivery on the app and our order was completely messed up, whole items missing from the order. Tried calling the restaurant four times to sort the situation out to no avail as no one answered. There’s no option on the app to receive immediate support which is completely useless when customers encounter a problem with their order. Spent $65 on an order that is completely incorrect, appalling customer service.

Hi this is one of the few fast food outlets that I have really had good and hot chips. Didn't get my wife's burger order quite right, but did fix it up. This time we both tried the cruch box was OK but the chips have gotten smaller.

Very clean, and the customer service was really good. But the food was not up to the level, but it wasn't bad.

They young lady in drive through had absolute terrible customer service skills, she was extremely rude when I told her my order was not correct, then proceeded to laugh about it.

Just got there not long after 8 pm on Monday night only to be told there would be a wait of 10 minutes as they had no chicken!
A chicken fast food restaurant that has no chicken is absurd! But when I looked at the staff I wasn't surprised, they all looked barely 16 the staff that are in the kitchen were joking around which to me was totally inappropriate seeings that they had no chicken ready. I couldn't see any adult leadership there at all, just young kids, I find this a total disgrace on many levels, even the manager was a kid.
I ordered a 6 piece pack, and asked for legs and thighs, I got one leg, 2 wings, 3 breasts. I had no confidence in the staff so when my order was finally ready well after 10 minutes i asked if I got what I ordered and they said they gave me 2 wings, I said I'm not paying nearly 17 dollars for 6 piece's of chicken and 2 of them are wings.
Anyway they took back the wings and gave me one chicken leg and 5 breast piece's that are totally dry and unedable.
This place is a joke, adults putting kids in positions of responsibility but with no adults around to over see the running of the business! Dosent make sense to me but that was my experience.

KFC's chicken is not as good as before but it is still better than most of the others. The gravy still tastes good. The service crew is courteous.

Everytime I go to this kfc there's a problem, wrong order or missing food. But the grey piece of rubber I got on a zinger burger today they call chicken could of poisoned me will never go back now!

Probably one of the only fast food joints around that consistently are quick and don’t mess up the order.

Always great customer service Good variety of products, limited edition dishes, frozen drinks and hot, fresh and tasty!

The colonel, what can I say. He has the finest herbs and spices in town. One chook and your hooked should be his new slogan. Everytime I start a diet and I drive past there, I can see him lurking, calling my name to come in and get 24 nuggets. Hes a tough bloke to turn down.

Probably one of the better kfc outlets in geelong, the wraps are not oversaturated with sauce and the chicken is always well cooked and provided in decent sized servings especially whe purchasing wraps with tenders, rather than being given 2 skinny half pieces they definitely give a good sized portion. Service is fast and friendly.

Had great service and the burger was warm and wrapped with love. I have need had this before. LOL

Filthy birds n crisp chippie. Would recommend, unless for an illegal Covid gathering at home. Those police have drones n infra red camera to sense

They had chicken here.which is good as it is a kfc.one time ages ago my chicken was burnt but that was ages ago and i have had many great kfc experiences here since then.the floor here is sticky.

Ordered a zinger burger box with supercharged sauce, the burger had no mayo or supercharge sauce and was charged extra. Dissapointing as 5 stars would have been given.

Lovely range of selection on the menu and the lovely women in the kitchen and servers were good at what was after yep and i like to eat there in moderation personally yep and as soon as i ordered like magic it was ready to collect the meal of my choice after i used my card and the tap and go option for the transaction yep and she served me well all though it's a little bit hard with masks on but yeah no dramas when you speak is the most responsible way and too behind the shield too yep and it's a tough one during the COVOID-19 rules and restrictions and regulations and all but better than sorry I say for all our sakes.

I had a kfc meal for the first time last week and I was really surprised how many things you get for that price. However it is still fast food and so the quality isn't anything amazing. I do like their chips though, I also like their fava wraps. If I've said the right word? The guy serving me at the Grovedale store was very friendly as well I'll add!

2nd time i have had chicken from ere n both times it has made me ill within half hr of eatin it the wh iole family needed to be on tbe toilet. Never again.

The go buckets, they used to fill them with the chip's sticking out the top. Now there lucky to get half way. What's going on?
Went to North Geelong store and they fill them up there.
