KFC Greensborough

Dirty tables that hadn't been cleaned and bin was so full rubbish was falling on the floor.

You have to check everything, every time.
Will take 10mins to take your order,
20mins to deliver the order, to tell you they don't have rolls or chips.
It has to be the worst KFC for service and reliability

Online order picked up in store, only half of 16 pieces of chicken ordered and paid for in the box. Found out when reaching home only, couldn't feed guests. Left a complaint, still no contract from KFC. Terribly disappointed.

The service could have been a little bit better, I found that you will probably get quick service if you go through the drive through or order oline

Came here to pick up a DoorDash order, literally wait 18mins for an order, completely a joke. Staff hanging around with empty bags. Try to avoid this store.

The worst kfc i ever been. It takes atleat half an hour for getting an order, even if its ready. They really need to someone who is little more responsible.

Went to G'Borough KFC tonight 3/11/22.7: 15 pm. Quite a few people in shop waiting for orders.one gentleman got a refund and left.the young fella filling the orders was so very slow half filling orders and going walk about.no haste at all. We finally got our order.the fella with a pony tale couldn't even pack the order properly.not first time have sen this.we won't be back.an absolute disgrace.

Staff not bother serving customer when it is not busy. Being waited a few minutes seems no one want to take the order at first.

Called in to get dinner after getting home from Bali. They refused to cook chicken and it was only 9.20pm.they close at 10pm! No apologies just we have stopped cooking all we have are a few nuggets and tenders. Last time we go to this store. If u were closing maybe clean the store it was disgusting. I'm glad we didn't end up eating there.

The staff here are absolutely rude. We come in with my client (who has Autisum) we have kindly are numerous times that we have been into the store can they please shut the door softly as them letting it slam it sets our client off. I would say his the manager everytime he slams it looks back with a grin on his face. Same as other worker who came out from the back to pretend to do something and then walked back and allowed door to slam!
This may only be a small issue but every week when we come in it happens. They need to realise it’s the small things that will make people never return and this is one for us! They need to step up there game and manors

Was served by Fraser, was an absolutely blissful experience, seriously an absolute sweet heart. Couldn’t have asked for a more polite and professional experience, thank you Fraser. Will come again!

Stood 15 minutes and nobody help ordering, they just stand and watch a crowd of people waiting in cue.

Gertrude ya mad legend. Made my kfc experience a story of a lifetime. Such a happy guy, made my none sauced burger feel bloody saucy enough! Good on ya pal, keep up the great attitude, your going far in your fast food career! Snort beers not nose beers!

Ok I've finally had enough of this store. The last 5 orders (we have a big family) they have left items off the order 4 of those times - twice they have forgot 18 nuggets, left out a gravy, and tonight they left out 1 large chips and 5 tenders!

I know that they are busy and I can forgive once in a blue moon, but it for it to happen more often than not is just ridiculous. The kids enjoy KFC but when its happening this frequent it is time to move on.

Bloody hopeless waited and had to remind them before collection nuggets. No quick food here.

Seemed as though a lot of mistakes were being made with customers. Check your orders before you leave.

The staff at this store are amazing. Great customer service for a hungry team of blokes 30 minutes before closing. They were able to accommodate all of us. Hands down one of the best stores for service.

Welcome to kfc Greensborough when you are ready to take your order drive to the window. Is what I get greated to every time I thought the talking box would of changed but many years on the same mono voice talks to me. Cheers me up but change is needed for this old fossil like me. I like chicken tender

Greensborough KFC was my favourite place. But not anymore. I visited the place to night. I waited more than 30 minutes my order, than I was so upset, I cancelled my order.
I am sorry but Greensborough KFC is not my favourite place after this. This was my last visit.

The night began with soul crushing defeat but was restored buy two angels draped in all black, sent by the saviour of fried chicken!

We limped into the store after a loss of our favourite Watersport, as our last member crawled in the first of our saviours “Ella” stepped up and enquired about our plight. As she heard the last of our tail she exclaimed “I’ll get… HIM! ”

Enter “Theo, queller of disappointments” like a young Fabio, with his luscious long hair, he proceeded to tell us that they were all out of zingers, and I have never been so happy to be let down.
After skilfully working the till like a dark angel playing the cords of our fate, our orders were placed and none were what we wanted but all were exactly what we needed!

After telling us that we would need to alter our orders again he sent us on our way with some of the most typical late night kfc and hearts full of hope and happiness.

We will be back when we can to see our angels but tonight shall never be forgotten!
