KFC Glen Waverley Central

If there is was an option for zero stars, I would give it that. It was a unappetizing cold meal, with soggy fries, small portions of chicken that were disgusting, nuggets that taste off and the buns and lettuce seemed old. While KFC is fast food restaurant and as always could be hit or miss, the standards have clearly been lowered.

Myself and 2 others got this kfc for lunch as we were working around the corner and all ended up with food poisoning! Would NOT recommend. Pick your game up kfc.

Staff were nice, but I was appalled by the discovery of a hair in my food. Unimpressed by food quality and I believe that better hygiene practices can be implemented to prevent this from happening

I visited this KFC recently when i was exploring the glen as my stomach was yelling at me to be fed. A girl named lily served me and was super sweet! She was very kind and patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted to order. My whole KFC experience wouldn’t have been have good without the assistance of Lily. I recommend especially if you have social anxiety since the workers are very friendly.

Best kfc restaurant i have ever been to in my life. First and foremost the atmosphere in this restaurant was a vibe that I don’t think i’ll ever experience again. The nostalgic feeling and happy feeling this Kfc gave me was outstanding. The music was immaculate as well as the dine in experience. I recommend coming here when it starts to hit sunset. One of the best life experiences i’ll never forget. Thank you Glen Waverly Kfc.

The girl that served me lily was sooo good. I used to work fast food and was a trainer and she is such a good worker, rlly nice polite service, fast and efficient and was amazing under pressure this the orders.

I went to Kfc - Glen Waverley Central on Saturday 8th April 2023 and was served by Natalie and she was an outstanding worker. We ordered large stacker meal, 2 sliders - Supercharged and bbq. Food was fresh and delicious.

Best KFC around. Always supplies you with fresh wicked wings, and always has wonderful customer service.

Liked the Automated ordering system lets the workers focus on my order clean and tidy dining room staff are nice

On 26 Dec 2022,21: 40 I Wasnt satisfied with their service, the lady, who seems to be in charge was rude and grumpy. This is not the way to serve customers. It will just leave bad impression on customer.

Amazing service and friendly staff member. Really looked after us for my son's friend's birthday. Highly recommend.

Had a late dinner when the store was closing but the staff was still happy to serve me.

Had a Zinger Bacon and Cheese Meal.

Zinger was warm and fresh, fries are freshly cooked.

Was very crowded on earlier hours!
