35Please explain why it takes over 15 minutes for one burger when there is less than 7 people waiting?
I ordered 3 large chips with extra salt and whilst my chips were reasonably hot (for a change) the packaging was not full and there was no extra salt (this has happened 4 times in a row now). If the customer requests extra salt, you give the customer extra salt. It is that simple. Extremely poor customer service. Normally I will tolerate not getting the extra salt I request, however failing to fill your chip packaging is unforgivable.
KFC Fountaingate is normally very good, but have let me down again today. It's not that hard to make sure the large chip packaging is full and that the order is accurate!
I ordered on the screen so had little interaction with staff. I asked for extra mayo in my burger which, as usual, didn't happen! Is it really hard to slap on some extra mayo? Also, I thought these burgers had lettuce? I Asked for extra salt, I got that but they didn't fill the box up to the top. The 'regular' chips is like everything else now, smaller in size but larger in price. Pathetic and it's not exactly a cheap meal.
I had a terrible experience with KFC fountain gate on 22/Sep/2022, I've ordered a burger combo deal from the iphone app, when I get the store, they told me they are closed and cannot provide any food, but the app still allow people to make ordering, who knows how many other people didnt get their food. I was requesting a refund they cannot give me on the spot, so I have to go through a customer enquiry process through the website, a few days later I was giving a small store vouncher that can only use in store, but my purchase was through the app, and the credit voucher I was given will not be able to cover the same meal that I would like to order. How hard is to get a full refund back to my credit card? This is total disgrace for KFC.
Waited 20 minutes to be served and after reading other reviews KFC you possibly need to lift your game starting with more staff. Will dine elsewhere in the centre from now on
Went a few weeks ago. It seemed like they had trouble managing the orders due to some mistakes. Some lady was constantly complaining about how she’s been waiting for 10 minutes and then kept reminding the staff to make sure to make fresh chips for her. When they gave her her food she said “did you make me new chips? You didn’t give me those chips that have been there for half an hour? ” I was waiting before her and saw her ordering, complaining and receiving her food. It was not half an hour - max 10 mins from the time she order till she got her food. Just hope they gave her cold chips.
Service and quality i recieved today was absolutely disappointing.
Staff we're not even proactive to move just a little quicker to move orders out quicker.
Nearly 25 minutes to receive a zinger burger combo.
Chips we're tasteless
The chicken was half cooked and size of burger was tiny.

Where to start. Absolutely horrible experience. Cold chips. Shrunk tenders. Too much salt. Zero freshness.
The cook with a mullet looks hot around age 16 5ft8 ish build

usually they're all the same, but the wait times at this one are kinda long, and the food can be lukewarm.also looks nothing like advertised.it all makes sense, since the prices are low, but you'd be better off at other KFCs or somewhere else.also bought a supercharged slider and got a slider w/ no sauce:/
First the customer service was terrible and she was rude and disrespectful to all of her customer. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The chicken was just bland and very dry just disgusting.
Best food and service available. Also the cook who worked monday 9th of may round 11am makes the best food and should be given a pay rise.
Honestly, wasn’t that bad, compared to other kfc it’s not good, but I enjoyed it, the wait was bearable, the chips where amazing, but with too much salt.
Chicken is perfect for me, not too crunchy, not too soft.
The lettuce was meh…
Mayonnaise was just like any mayonnaise, while the bread was sweat, overall pretty good compared to home microwaved food.
10 minute wait for food. Given old oily chips. A bit disappointing given it was peak lunch time
No salt on chips, chips were only half full. Had to wait 25 minutes. Customer service was terrible. The guy that served me came off as very rude and obviously didn't care about his job.
The food was decent but the staff were cold and not friendly at all. It would have been a great experience if the staff had greeted customers properly.
That very attractive and very single cook who cooked my food makes my experience at this store 10/10
So disappointed about this kfc in the first day of lockdown. Obviously it’s not busy by no meaning you will make this overcooked chicken or you recooked last days leftover?
Poor service, unprofessional and rude staff, waited more than 30 minutes for just a zinger box and end up getting unhealthy conversation and refund
Had a chicken bacon and chips. It took 10 mins and it looked nothing like the chicken burger in the picture. Won't be going back. A very poor lunch
