KFC Flemington

Clean, friendly staff, they had a problem with no chicken quite ready so I suggested two wicked wings instead of one piece they were smart enough to know that was a good Solution.

Yet again KFC Let themselves down with consistency of quality, have had amazing chicken from here but also soooo many wrong order's and bad bad chicken, choose your shift manager well or experience the murder of a great brand.
Be warned check order and quality.
Such a shame.

It's no surprise that the last two lines of my last post have come back to haunt me.
Photo attached shows two wing or actually quail pieces of chicken, approximately 5cm long, I really question the staff and managers and suppliers to KFC Flemmington Victoria.
How small can they go on the size of chicken pieces, embro bits coming soon to KFC.
Jokes aside how pathetic can they go with their corporate greed.
Disgusting behaviour, ripping off Australia, one piece at a time.

Very friendly, a guy named Nicholas served me well, deserves a raise, the food was hot and delicious.

Great place to grab a quick bite. The food was freshly cooked and hot. Service was as to be expected. Quite busy so a little bit linger than usual to get served and for food to arrive.

KFC has its unique flavour to it. Hate it or love it. I don't my giving myself a treat every now and then.

Wicked wings and the chicken in the zinger box are such big disappointment. No favour on the meat, cold and the crisp is too hard. Tasted like it was kept in the fridge and been reheated for sale. I’ve been to KFC around Melbourne and Sydney and this is the only store that disappointed me. I thought they follow the same recipe and everything is standardised but very sorry to say I didn’t enjoy chicken from here at all.

Cheers to Ebdi who provided an amazing service! He went above and beyond the usual requirements of a hospitality server. This man deserves a raise.

Waited for almost an hour to get the order prepared. Ordered a Giant Feast, getting 13 pcs of chicken instead of 15. Also replacement of 2 regular potato gravies instead of 1 large, not enough.

Very cooperative staff. We ordered halal burger deal and they honestly told that nuggets and chick pops were not halal. Instead they replaced both by another zinger burger. Which was very kind of them.the food was freshly made, hygienic and as usual amazing! Only the tables were not very clean as it seemed a bit of short of staff. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Waited half a hour for order was told waiting on burger went back in had not started my order the 2 girls serving were too busy giggling and serving other customers before i was told they had not started my order i am disgusted at the lack of service given to me

We ordered chicken bucket and it was super bad. Overcooked and dark brown in colour. And no parents room

Dirty place, the floor and the toilet were disgusting. The food was cool and I couldn't finish my meal when I looked into the kitchen.

Came in at 10 and they close at 10.30. Was refused service of 6 wicked wings because they were closing in half an hour. Don't understand since my zinger box had wicked wings.

The staff was not friendly, the aircon was not on and when asked to turn it on the staff said they don't know how to. Service was very slow. The staff didn't have a care in the world and no sense of customer service or satisfaction. The food was at least up to standard but would not go there again.

Although KFC Footscray is closer to where I live, I recommend coming to this one in Flemmington instead.

Came here about 2 months ago, I was amazed after seeing all these bad reviews. There either fake, or definetley mistaken this kfc for another branch. Only got to doing this review now, but employees Ryan and Rebz took my order and payment within 30 seconds, and recived the correct order and ate in store. The store was spotless and was obviously kept at high cleanliness standards. Will come again, and recommend to friends.

This place has poor customer service but also lacks human kindness. A group of us went to dine in around 10pm after the Melbourne show. The wait time was ridiculous considering it was very quiet. As we got our meals we were starting to eat and was told we had to leave in 1-2 minutes. There was no courtesy warning. The “Assistant Manager” named Jace did not care he was kicking out 6 hungry children in the cold and dark to eat in the car park. I understand they had a closing time, but they saw we were waiting and could have warned us about the closing time upon ordering. All we were wanting was 5-10 minutes to feed our kids before driving 1 hour.

Literally the best kfc in the west side. No other kfc can compare. Their chicken is always top notch and they never use old oil. It’s great

Friendly staff and manager, helped me make the order since the app just stopped placing order. But when I back home, I found 6 wings were missing. Is that possible I can get them in the next visit?

Thank you for contacting doordash for me when realizing I got the wrong order. You packed the right order, but the driver sent the wrong one.
