KFC Epping (Drive Thru Only)

This store needs more attention from the managers, service is poor waited for 20 mins just to order not only me but others as well, recieve my orders the person who gave it to me mentioned what i have ordered, got home my orders is not right.
Dont you guys check it 1st before you hand over the orders to the customers? The restaurant is only drive thru there is no way customer would gonna comeback for the wrong orders so please double check it carefully because its really frustrating to go home and saw that the food you receive is not what you have ordered.

The chips were horrid, they tasted day old and microwaved.the tenders tasted like rocks and the wrap had a rubber texture to it.do not come here please go to mill park it’s worth the extra 10 minutes

Even though it was not a pick hrs, we had to wait 20 minutes to order our food. For a drive-through, it's a waste of time. It is better to park and walk in to place your order.

It just takes too long, and the Drive through Bays are a bit confusing for a first timer.

All Bays should be able to take order and assist in Online orders.

Unfortunately, it's not a positive review. Used this drive-through for the first time. Ordered two bacon and cheese zingers in a box meal and a twister crunchy with coleslaw. I repeated my order 3 times. The girl taking my order looked disinterested and didn't take note of my order clearly. I then repeated my order to the next lady who ensured me the order is correct. Drove home unpacked order and everything was wrong besides one burger. Called up once I was home and they gave us a credit. Credits are good but defeats the purpose especially when feeding kids. They need to make sure their staff can take orders and show at least a little customer service. The disinterested facial expressions are not a good look.

Every time I buy my take away via drive thru I don’t get my full order. Where do you take the food? I hope you feed those who need it. Have you ran out of supplies?
I have just ordered barely 10mins ago only to get home with half the order! Do you realise it is impossible to join the Hume highway and turn back to come and fix the order? It is disgusting! Very poor customer service at O’herns Rd Epping and not proper.

Strange little KFC with Multiple Boom Gates for the Drive-through. If you want to order using the App, it says you can only order for Drive-through, but when you have ordered & get to the Boom Gate, then it gives you the option to go in & pick up instead. Confusing, but ultimately efficient Service when collecting the Food at the Window.

Three times I have ordered food from this kfc and they have given me very poor service. When I finish work I always grab something on the way. When I order something they are usually out of that product or are just too lazy to make fresh batches. I am always after burgers and wings, however when I go they always say I can only get chips and chicken nuggets. This is very unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Wouldn’t waste my time coming here again….

Customer service none existent. Order ahead online only to be told on arrival that there was 10min wait on chicken. After waiting 15 minutes & watching numerous people order after us & leave with chicken, I went in to the restaurant to find out what was causing the delay. I was completely ignored by staff. After a few minutes, I was finally acknowledged, only to be told that there was now a delay for dinner rolls.
Disappointing service.

I thought I'd give it a go, weird as it seems drive through only, but didn't get a chance to order.
After waiting 12 minutes behind 1 other car, I left, definitely not express.

The worst customer service ever ordered a zinger combo only to find out when I took a bite there was no zinger fillet in there went back to explain they forgot it only got attitude from the female employee whom accused me of eating the fillet then coming back. For another one never in my life would I ever step that low then to be accused is outrage disgusting and disgraceful of how they handle Thier customer service!

Poorly managed store. Staff seem young and inexperienced and require training. Drove in at 7: 30 on Saturday with an online order. After being in the queue for 20 mins, at 7: 50 the girl says that they've run out of chicken and that i have to cancel my online order (the app doesn't have a cancel option). She said I can come back tomorrow. I wasted my time in the queue, had to organise food from else where and had to waste for more time speaking to customer support to get my cancelled order refunded.

It's a drive through only. I did order at the counter as this was a road trip visit and I had kids with me to stretch our legs. Lovely customer service but no available menu to see inside and the music was that loud (respectfully understand as I believe music helps a work place) I couldn't really hear what the cashier said. Though, they were lovely. It's 100% drive thru only. I also received a wrong order but I put that down to the music.

Very slow service. Asked for a swap of coleslaw for gravy in one of the singer boxes. Guess too much of an ask.

Don’t go to this place. Worst attitude from the staff. Staff is rude and the chicken taste like ass.

Hit and miss. Sometimes they give you too many wings, sometimes too many breasts. Prefer the thighs and drumsticks (easier for the kids), which they always give you too little of.

New branch and just a drive through is open now. Staff are good and efficient. Food is ok like other KFC's. There is another fast food franchise in the same compound alongside with a service station. This KFC is located Closer to Hume freeway in Oherns Road Epping

Got served without any cutlery or wipes, when ordering a meal with potato&gravy.pathetic service, will not come here again.

Can't go wrong here. It works perfectly. Order online, let them know you're there, and you're in and out in a zip. Can you train the staff at Wollert on how to provide customer service please?

No real benefit from preordering with the KFC app.
Got there and still had to wait for our order to be put together from that moment and not when the order was first placed.
Other than that, the staff were friendly.
