Ordered a zinger and bacon and cheese box gave me a standard zinger and gave me a piece of chicken when it's meant to come with wicked wings. Drive through took 10 mins from start of order to pick up. When I worked at kfc. Our wait time was 1: 30mins. Just saying work hard and smart. Get your stuff right.

Got kfc from here last night and i have food poisoning from popcorn chicken that literally tasted sour
they don’t cook their food properly don’t even think about coming here

Congratulations on being consistantly wrong with the delivery of my order.
Once again I have arrived home to have my lovely wife ask if the 'b' team had gotten it wrong.and they did.

Guys please please. PLEASE check the orders that go out.

WORST customer ever! There were no tender in store and when we asked to replace our online order with someone else we were very rudely delt with and were told only nuggets would be given. They were not even ready to do price to nugget adjustment. We were give 24 nuggets for $24 which is absolutely ridiculous. Nuggets were also cold and soggy. They refused to refund our money and upon asking about manager, we were told there is no manager in store. Next time i would rather travel additional 2-3 kms to go to another kfc rather than comming to this place ever again! 11/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Lettuce was absolutley rancid why bother putting it in the burger when it's all shriveled and brown just leave it out honestly

Worst customer service ever. Did not have tenders when we placed an online order and refused to refund or replace it with anything else except nuggets or wings. The staff was very rude and had a lot of attitude while serving. 10/10 would not recommend.

The drive through was a quick easy task with good service rendered by the staff manning the counter.

KFC is generally pretty standard but this is a good one. A real plus here is they are open to 2am - so shift workers like myself can grab a bite on the way home if I don’t feel like cooking at midnight.

Clean, generally quick service - even when there’s a line of cars they keep rolling through. Food is reliably good.

Again though that 2am is the real kicker!

Orders a boxed meal with burger and potato gravy pieces of chicken and chips, two coleslaws a three piece meal and a 5 piece meal. First time they forgot the piece of chicken and the potato and Garvey. Went back got the potato and gravy only for them too have taken the coleslaws out. So went back in for a second time and by the time we got home there was still things missing. Regular thing with the KFC. Staff need too be trained better.

Perfectly cooked Zinger Stacker and chips. Tasted very fresh. Probably the best quality Zinger Stacker combo I’ve ever had from KFC.

Small Food Court KFC like many others. Very busy but got served promptly, and fresh food was served within 3-4 minutes.

Tasted like steam chicken, it must have been sitting for a while before given to us, chips cold soggy chicken mixed-up orders never got spoons & napkins. Store was dirty had to ask to get table & seats cleaned a food was on it, chips all on floor too when we went to sit down. Rating out of 10 = -1
Not worth our visit will not be coming back until these poor standards are changed.

Good quick and efficient service, polite staff and clean tables no need to say more as I will return to this KFC when I'm hungry and in the area.

Staffs needs to be educated on the deals that are made available and which branch those deal applies to. I was misguided by wrong information. Food on the other hand is good

Worst KFC ever, not first time, have been to this place multiple times, bought nuggets and chips, completely uncoooked chips and had to throw it in the bin.
What a waste of money!

It's my first time, but I had to wait 15 mins in the front line. Probably only because it's my first time, but service afterwards is still good.

I had a Zinger burger.the bun was stale, the chicken wasn't crispy or spicy, and it was thrown together like a 2 year old made it.

Place was so dirty I second guessed even ordering food from there.finally sat down to eat outside and seriously had never seen a dirtier table.there was cigarette ash from a cigarette that had been butted out on the tabletop plus food scraps all over the floor.

Very bad Customer service & Food, every Customer we see goes back for missing items & wrong items, great eating in very entertaining even if it was very dirty, the chairs, the Couches & Tables, please avoid, currently the staff are playing the Blame game, with each other, we don't want to go home, too entertaining.
