The food served was pre prepared and was not fresh, it was not even mild warm. Almost all the table was not cleaned. Food was too much oily.

I appreciate the effort you took to reply for my review. I could not reply for it that's why I am editing my review comment itself. If you genuinely think of improving I would be happy to suggest some basic needs which a customer expect.
1. A neat table to sit and have the food.
2. Fresh cooked meal, served hot.
I think this will make it better.

Life saving fast food considering that all nearby restaurants were already closed. I didn't know that they only serve chicken meat but Hamburgers were more than ok and much more healthy and tasty than McDonald's ones.

Honestly the worst kfc I've had in years, so bad I'm turned off kfc ATM. Got a family feast, the chicken tasted a couple of days old. DISGUSTING WON'T BE BACK

I had the pleasure of dining at KFC recently, and I must say that the exceptional service provided by the manager, Arusha, truly made my experience outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Arusha's warm and welcoming attitude set the tone for a fantastic visit. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every customer's needs were met was truly remarkable. Not only was the food delicious, but Arusha's exceptional customer service made my visit memorable. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the restaurant was happy and satisfied. KFC is lucky to have such a dedicated and professional manager in Arusha, and I look forward to returning to the restaurant to experience her exceptional service again. The manager Arusha is AMAZING she took my order correctly, was professional and helpful when I was indecisive.

On Sunday arvo I decided to stop by kfc for a frozen because I was feeling a tad quenched and the weather was a bit warm outside. I was expecting the service to be average - what else would you expect from minimum wage workers (can’t blame them) ? ! As I ordered my slurpees - half raspberry, half Mountain Dew, x3 - through drive through, I paid my fee, and rolled up to the next window. As soon as I rolled up to the window to grab my slurpees, a beautiful young woman whose name tag said ‘Allie’ handed me my slurpees with a smile on her face, asking if she had done a good job with the artistic effort she had put into the mix of the two flavours. To have a worker greet customers with a smile, and spark a conversation so innocent brightened my day heaps. Thank you, Allie! Never let anyone dull your sparkle:)

After reading the reviews left by many others here, I feel like I’m totally justified in leaving this review (and I don’t feel crazy! It’s happening to everyone!)
Purchased a family feast, the chicken was sticky and chewy, tasted funky and was entirely unpleasant. The chips had NO SALT whatsoever on them and were also chewy and stale. This happens each time we decide to go up the road for the convenience as we live close by, each time we are left wondering why we are eating what seems like 3 week old food. It raises the question of who is training the staff, who is cooking the food? The quality of food is that of an outback shack you would only eat at if you just crossed the Australian desert and desperately needed nourishment. Don’t go here.

Food was cold, didn’t pack mash photo. Poor customer service. Rolled her eye when I go and ask for my mash photo. Bad experience

Food was good as expected as the KFC standard. But the staffs were chatting too much with some friends made them looked not professional.
Those friends were also talking so loud and some were sitting on the tables

I ordered zinger box and pop corn chicken go bucket worst fries may be sitting there from last 2 hr worst taste and burger wasn't fresh too totally disappointed with the food

The food is not up to standard, the chicken was not crispy at all. It feels like they deep fried chicken long time ahead and just gave that to me. Apparently the only reason I go for KFC is for that crunchy layer, nothing else. This has been the second time I ordered from this place and nothing has been improved.

Never giving any good service i ordered an fries with extra salts and they give me wothout the extra salt and its not the first time they always do this very disappointed

I bought kfc at epping high Street, Food Poisoning has occurred. I bought a giant feast and 4 extra pieces of chicken, purchased at 9.30 pm.when I got home I opened the bucket and all the pieces were cold and fused together, a drumstick was squashed and flattened.as I was starving after not eating all day I reluctantly ate some chicken.well 2 hours later the stomach cramps started followed by vomiting and diahrrea. I spent $55 on my meal and it was completely rubbish and ended up in the bin. This has got to be the worst kfc in Australia. Don't serve cold chicken that hasn't been kept at the correct temperature. There will be alot more complaints tonight as the drive through was packed.

This is my favorite KFC but seriously there’s too many mistakes. Mistakes happen yes but not this often. There’s always something missing and it’s not worth driving back to get it. I always ask for extra salt on the chips and I get no salt at all? I pay for sauce and these guys don’t even give me any. Like is there a smart alec of a worker there doing it on purpose?

Staff need to be retrained and managers need to be on top of things more. I’m so disappointed.

Long wait on the drive through line with only 2 customers.
Ordered 10 chicken nuggets but got 8 and 2 chicken popcorn instead. No one said anything about it. Don’t recommend this restaurant

Had cold chips and warm drinks delivered because staff seem to think it's a good idea to press cold cans of drink (One of which was even supposed to be a bottle, hooray for paying for an upsize and not getting it) into the box of chips to the point it is mashing up and steaming the chips, reducing the quality of the already low quality chips, which didn't seem to be very warm before even coming into contact with the drinks because those that hadn't were only just slightly warm and even had some completely cold and stale chips in the same box, if you could call it that. The chicken has clearly been left sitting there for long periods of time too because it was that cold and dry, I would know from experience having been a KFC cook in the past and I am concerned that this chicken has been left out beyond an acceptable time. This may have been the absolute worst KFC I've ever had.
