Chicken coleslaw and potato and gravy good but chips not so they not up to the usual standard undercooked and hard

It’s KFC. It’s not bad but not good. But it’s reasonably cheap considering. They could do with a little more cleaning. I did notice the floor was a bit greasy in the dining room. It’s not bad though.

Taking 15 minutes to fill a counter order is ridiculous. Counter staff didn't seem to know their job.

I dont see any bacon on my burger, which I paid extra for. The dinner roll were disgustingly squashed

Everything table, floor service counter - sticky on customers side of the counter and others were very dirty and looking disgusting.

Staff were very poor not interested at all too, busy not serving and just chatting with other staff very poor. Wot go again and food was cold and not right order.

Went here Friday night during school holidays. That was my 1st mistake. Cars were lined up to the street. So I thought I would go inside, that was my 2nd mistake. I ordered and was told it would be 15 minutes. To say these kids were under the pump is an understatement. The lass that served me was calling back to her fellow workers to be positive and encouraged them. Well done guys you all stepped up to the challenge. From and old bloke who has never worked in this industry. I was impressed.

Filthy dirty floors and walls, toilets smelly. Turned around and walked out. Actually disgusting for a take away - dine in food service. Wonder what state the kitchen is in?

Seen me coming. Over cooked. 3pce meal. A wing think it was off a budgie. Parsons nose. Bum. Not sure about the other piece. Large order but got small chips.

Ordered our meals. Order was repeated to me, I asked for a bun which we didn’t get and I’m glad we weren’t going somewhere other than home to eat as we’re not given any cutlery. Very annoying as it’s not the first time this has happened

Would be good if the bong heads and bin chickens could stop memorising all the Bruno mats lyrics and remember to put the things I ordered in my box, not the first time, and don’t quit your day job, cheers

It's hit and miss. Sometimes it's the best feed you've ever had other times hmmmm

Seems to be very little quality control. In the boxed meal I recieved the 1 piece of chicken was burnt, over half of it was actually black. No way it could have made it into a customers order without someone noticing!

It's always super busy here. The town needs more fast food venues to keep up with the growth. This KFC offers the catering packages too which is a big plus

As always, chips are soft and lumpy.
I haven't been there for a while but always order the same Zinger Box.
It use to have the burger, chips, potatoes, drink and 3 pieces of chicken.
Now the burgers are smaller, there are only 2 pieces of chicken and you still get the limpy chips. Couldn't get any water this time either.
Make up your own mind if you. Go or not.

Typical KFC courteous and friendly service.
Music a bit loud for my taste.
Fast service.

When I eat Kentucky fried chicken, heart explodes with love and joy for just chicken alone, mouth watering at the thought of this succulent chicken flowing though my mouth, enriched with amazing chips salted to perfection, and can not mention the amazing staff that are willing to go above and beyond to meet every expectation, so friendly and welcoming, I expect this at every kfc store worldwide

Honestly its managed by 16 year olds, that hardly even look of age, and straight up act like there 12-13 adolescent child, I’ve been here regularly over the years been this is my home time and and watched go from yeah it’s good not bad, to straight up downright embarrassing, I watched a child working, no gloves beating chicken then put his hands down his pants, from what I assumed starched his nuts and then pulled out and starting beating Chicken again, and not only that the state the store is in every moment it’s opening it’s pathetic as well, the floor has been that greasy every time I’ve been there that I just expect that now,
and now the staff, the boys who work there are alright rarely get spoken baldy or eyerolls, but the girls who work there, straight up attitude and disrespectful, they eyeroll every goddam time and give most dirtiest looks worst food

Had a pics of chicken on 2seperate occasions was dry over cooked small pieces. They need to look into this as it's disgusting and people will go elsewhere

It was very busy as it was Fathers Day. I had my grandsons with me and they wanted KFC. The team members I saw were very young but were extremely friendly. The only downside they forgot the sweet and sour sauce.
