KFC Eastlink Southbound

They gave me pepsi can they bought from the local woolworths probably and the chicken was very small.the original chicken legs make me vomit.i also saw an ad about unethical kfc chicken production, so im eating at hungry jacks instead

Worst KFC I have had in a long time. They put cold chips in the box and then leave them sit on the bench for 5 minutes while they make the wrap. Safe to say it was horrible. Not to mention the wicked wings looked like they were from yesterday and then reheated today. I will be surprised if I am not sick tomorrow. Just to top off the experience the bins were overflowing and the joint was like a tip!

I called them, asked how their day was ya know, just checking in with people cause that’s the person I am, they sat there in silence, more still than a rock, as a quiet as the average KFC worker that i had just encountered, come on guys, just checking in with people…

Not quite up to normal KFC standards this evening. A very quiet period but fries were soggy and nearly cold. Service was good.

Food always what you would expect. But customer service I got from a young fella working the drive through, my partner and trying to decide what we want and him pressuring us to finalise our order when there’s virtually no cars. Like come on! Almost like he didnt wanna be there.

The staff is too friendly and honest. I asked them about the Halal chicken availability. The manager said we don't have Hala certified, but the chickens come from a "Golden Farm" The chickens are Halal; please check on the website. Thanks for being honest. Also, it is the first time to get the order right without any missing. Thank you so much.

Nicely cooked fillets lately BUT, the zingers have no zing. Tastes like no marinade or they have changed the recipe ‍️

My husband ordered 5 chicken tenders for around $10. They were really tiny when he opened the box. Are they meant to be a snack? I drove him into the next drive thru (Maccas) and bought him a burger to make up for it. (He misses the old dinner box.)

I think I just witnessed one of the hardest working girls I've ever seen. Lizzy I think it was attempting to break the world record for packing an order for over 30 people so she could get back to serving the other 20 people who'd all arrived all at once.
The rest of the team were equally outstanding and it was refreshing to see such a young group work so well as a team. Keep up the great work guys, you should be proud of yourselves.

Whoever it is on the order taking part of the drive thru needs a serious injection of manners. No smile and no thank you when you pay. They just hand the eftpos machine out the window and don't even acknowledge you.

the chicken is good
but unlike mcdonalds it does not have much drinks to choose from

I went through drive through earlier today for my sister and I. I ordered 6 wicked wings and a supercharge twister. Wicked wings were fine. Although I ordered a supercharge twister with additions and deductions for my sister. I ordered it to be with no lettuce and tomato, with a zinger fillet instead of tenders and to add bacon and mayo. The lovely girl at the window repeated the order to me and she was correct so I drove through to the pick up window where I saw the girl had run down to cover this window also (I'm guessing due to being understaffed or she is just a really good multitasker). She gave me the food and so I drove home. I gave my sister her twister for her to open it up and find a skinny wrap with 3 things on it, 2 of which were correct (zinger fillet and mayo). She is allergic to dairy and got cheese instead of bacon and the supercharge sauce that is meant to be on the SUPERCHARGE twister. She wasn't able to eat it so it unfortunately went to waste. This is my first time leaving a review for any business because usually I just leave it, but this is unacceptable. Whoever was making her twister clearly didn't read the order correctly or couldn't be bothered to make it right and just chucked it in the bag. Please don't take it out on the drive through girl as she did a great job covering two positions in your business. But maybe have a chat to the person in the position of assembling twisters and other items on the menu. Photo for reference. All I'm asking is please read your orders thoroughly.

I was waiting for my meal and I saw their manager was very rude to all food deliverer.highly not recommended.

Female staff member extremely rude over intercom, considering we where the only car in the drivethrough there is no need to talk with attitude towards your customers. She either needs further training or an end to employment.

Doesnt open on time, was told no food would be ready until 9: 20

I dealt with 2 staff members and a young lady who appeared to be the manager and all were nice to me.

Always ask for extra salt and it’s the best food ever! Got a go bucket today and asked for extra salt and it was the best go bucket i’ve ever had

The chips was very disappointing! Cold and must have sitting in the tray for hours. NOT fresh at all. Asked for extra salt and also did not get that. There was no other customers. You had ONE person to please and sorry to say. You did not!

Food good, every table in the dining area needed to be wiped down! Had to eat in Macca's dining area. 7pm and not busy!

Bought drive through zinger box. Disgusted. Hair in the wicked wings. Missing the burger, chips half cooked but on the plus the popcorn chicken was on point. At least there was something edible.
