KFC Eastlink Northbound

Terrible experience just now. Staff forgot half our order at the drive-through. We had to go through 2 tolls to get back. Then, once back, the manager was rude and asked us to show proof of not having our order then tried to tell us we were wrong. Never got an apology

The Young Blonde girl who served me tonight on Drivethru was so Friendly and her Customer Service was Immpecable.

One star because they forgot the hero of the meal… the actual chicken! This is partly my fault, because I usually check my order before I leave the drive-thru, but they were in a rush and I was in a rush. By the time I got back on to Eastlink tollway, I noticed I only had chips and two dipping sauces in my bag. No chicken! So I couldn’t go back and ask for it. I was so looking forward to it too!

Everyone knows you can get food poisoning from undercooked chicken. Not on this KFC’s watch, who overcooked my zinger fillet so much that I cannot bite into it. Fabulous work guys, keep serving & protecting the community from foodborne illnesses!

Worse Kfc i ever been, worse service and the chicken all burnt. There’s 3 items missing in my order and the stuff won’t do refund for it.

I like this KFC because it’s never been busy while I’ve been there so you can just get your food quick and have a feed.
Food is much the same as other KFC’s, staff are ok.

As far as fried chicken goes, this place is among the best. Chicken is not oversalted, and has deeper flavour than other KFC shops in the area. All staff are super polite. I highly recommend this eatery if you happen to drive past it on Eastlink.

3 times I had to return to the drive through lane and the last time I left without my food as I was soo fed up with the poor service

I went there with Kellie for Lunch on Friday 10th December 2021. I had a Regular Chicken Fillet Burger Combo with a large chips (2 small) and Kellie had the Popcorn Chicken. That night I got sick from the Burger so on Wednesday 5th January 2021 the manager rang me and he said he would speak to their head office to get a $25 Voucher sent out to me to say sorry for the inconvenience.

Reasonably quick service - food was hot & they cleaned the sitting in area twice while we were there

Bought a family feast paid $30 dollars and we got 7 wings, 1 thigh, 1 drumstick and 1 breast, how is a Family supposed feed on that?

Sloppy bacon zinger stacker burger, cold and soggy chips. Had to order a different burger as there wasn’t enough chicken for two zinger burgers. Tables and chairs were dirty and bins were overflowing.

Yesterday I went to KFC northbound on our way back from the hot springs. We went for the night session as we thought there would be less people. Turns out there wasn't really less people. Probably because it was school holidays. We had originally planned to have dinner at the hot springs but gasped at how expensive the pizzas were. $21.50 for a margarita? ! I don't think so. So we drove home. And guess what was on the way home. The promised land that is KFC Eastlink north bound. I was thinking it might not be a good idea as I'd seen myself in the mirror at the hot springs and thought mm I might need to lay off the golden goods, but my hunger got the better of me.

It was about 945pm and I could tell the guys were about to close, but they didn't care. They served me with a beautiful smile that only a teenager working the late shift could give. Sincere but a little sleepy.
We were feeling hungry and a little drained from the springs so we got a street wise feast for the two of us with some extra wicked wings. Our eyes may have been bigger than our bellies as we didn't finish it all but it made for some good brunch the next day. Nothing beats last night's chicken like last night's chicken in the morning.

They forgot our wicked wings but I went back and asked for them and they gave me them no questions asked and you know what. When we got home, they'd given us more chicken than we paid for. Legends.

Chicken was a little dry. Chips were average but that's about what you expect at this time of night.

Bloody horrible, nuggets were just dried out bits of batter, chips were not nice & wicked wings were very dried out as well, it was like they had been sitting there all day, worst KFC i have ever had.

One of the best KFC around. I will pay for EastLink just to go there. Been there heaps always been happy. The staff are great, the food has always been yummie.

The service was slow and bad. Very dissapointing and when the food arrived the burger was all over the place and not well presented. Overall, not happy.

In the past this store had been good.
More recently the quality of product has taken a hit. I think some new supervisors may have started.
Staff have suggestedcthe product is fresh out of the fryer, when really the product is probably getting closer the end of its hokding time.

Most recently, 6.40pm I asked to wait for a fresh zinger filet and the girl serving said they wont cook any More as they don't need them. I decided take my business elsewhere. The staff need some customer service training.
