KFC Eastlands Food Court

My dyslexic daughter wanted KFC for her birthday and was so excited to use the ordering machine. She accidentally tly enter the name Poo. P instead of Poppy and the staff withheld her order and made her yell progressively louder "Poo. P". She left Eastland embarrassed and ashamed. Staff need to be more considerate of special needs customers. Bullying will not be tolerated.
On top of this chips were cold and soggy.

My dyslexic sister used the machine to make an order she accidentally typed in poopee instead of popee yes I get it very funny. We saw the order was ready and the server Molly started laughing, she hid the order and we had to walk up and ask about it. Molly made us say the name over and over as if she didn’t hear, she brought another employee over to get her to say poopee over and over extremely loud. Everyone was watching and my sister began to cry but Molly continued to laugh.

Absolutely wonderful work from this lassie named orla! She was super nice and responsive, especially to me, a bulgarian with poor english.love from bulgaria, land of the mountains!

Staff members are very careful and juniors checking the box re assuring the items. Service was very good.

Staff were polite and efficient.
Food was hot and tasty. My meal was delivered quickly.

Refused to my my order when the store was about to close I traveled 50 mins to get that kfc just to be told his not taking my order. Lazy staff and unorganised don’t give your money to this disgusting place

Honestly i didn’t know how to start this off, currently there im in the middle of eating a chicken wing dipped in gravy sauce and before you ask… yes it’s from KFC. This Kfc chicken is the reason i’m still alive right now thankyou kfc for helping me through such a tough time luv ya, keep frying those chickens

Staff can not tell the difference between Regular Pepsi and Pepsi Max. Either that or they can't read. Getting deliveries from this store sucks. It also costs more for Doordash delivery that other shops. If you are going to charge more for delivery at least get the order right!

Made a mistake and order online at the wrong store. Astrid and her manager were able to to fix my order so I could get it with them! They went above and beyond to rectify something that was completely my fault when they didn’t have to. I can not thank them enough.

The Go Bucket is very tasty and cheap. Great for an on-the-go snack when you are shopping. Service is generally fast.

Sometimes slow service but always hot and well-seasoned KFC.just like every other outlet. However drinks come in cups and taste worse

Asked twice for nuggets (10 pieces) but after leaving discovered that my son was given 3 chicken wings. Couldn't go back to complain. How hard is it to get an order of chicken nuggets right? !

Went to get kfc not realising it closed 10mins before we got there, and was rudely told to it was closed and to go away by a girl named Shannon. So we left, and then saw two men asking for food as well and that Shannon was flirting with while telling them it was closed but then proceeded to give those two men a full bag of free food anyway. We then went back and asked why she gave them food, and another worker said "we are closed and it didn't happen'. Then Shannon came to the counter and rolled her eyes and was very rude and obnoxious to us when we asked about why she gave those guys a bag of free food, after not serving us. She was very unprofessional towards us and towards the customers she was flirting with. Wouldn't recommend going here as the staff are very unprofessional and very rude.

Best KFC ever! Staff are incredibly sweet and kind to everyone, always offering to replace or refund and always ensure bags contain straws and napkins. 10/10 highly recommend, food is always fresh too, best customer service

Tasty food but hopelessly inefficient method of fulfilling orders in sequential order only. Multiple staff stand around waiting for burgers & wraps to be made, yet people with simple already prepared orders like mine which was a regular popcorn chicken and a piece of original recipe are forced to wait while front counter staff basically do nothing. Frustrating!

Quick lunch with the kids who went for one thing but the advertisements for $1 iced raspberry drink was on my radar. My kids wished they’d got one as well because it was just what I needed after some shopping. Queues were long but staff were quick in getting through everyone and delivering the food. I’ll be back to try some chicken soon.
Note: wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking at Eastland.

Food poisoning.
One of my most horrible experience. I would prefer KFC consumers specially in Ringwood. Never to have the KFC coleslaw. One of the worst coleslaw. After consuming this i had food poisoning. Totally a poor quality product. I am sure it was in their refrigerator for days. Never will i ever eat KFC again.

Just want to give a shout out to Lucas, Ella, Jess and the gang at KFC Eastland for their amazing service every time I order and eat there. They make my day with their smiling faces and quick delivery times. Always a treat!

It can get very busy there so the waiting times can be a while but they really do well at getting through the orders.

KFC Ringwood Eastland, is located perfectly inside the Eastland shopping centre. It has proper space for eating there and the best part is with KFC you access other fast food stalls also nearby it.
