KFC East Brighton

I ordered extra salty chips these chips were not salty. The chip were bland to nothing. I am very very upset. They were also raw. The ships were so in fact raw, I could taste the flour from the batter coming off when I chew. I am not happy about this experience, but the chicken was okay, but the chips we’re not. Please tell your chefs to cook the chips for longer it is not that hard. I will not be eating here again.

This has to be the sadest looking 3 piece feed I've had. It was basically 2 tiny chicken wings and a mangled piece of wing. I'm not going back to this KFC. There's a reason I haven't been to a KFC in years. I mean there's shrinkflation, but this is a joke.

Usually pretty good. They accept changes to orders. Unless it is near closing, the food is fresh.

The food was hot and fresh. The staff were having issues with EFTPOS but were still very friendly and helpful.

This KFC outlet is my go to, when I can. The staff are professional, polite and friendly. There’s plenty of parking spots with a car wash, petrol bunk and even charging points for e-cars. The wicked wings are my favourite order here and I’ll always try the seasonal specials that pop-up on their menu. Pictured here is the salad bowl, which was good too!

The food took awhile and when it came one of the original burgers was cold as ice. I took it back and then when it was ready I had to leave my good and go get it from the country instead of the boys dropping out to the table as I told them I'm dining in. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant and much cooler outside. The aircon wasn't working assisted to be more like an evaporative cooler

Orderd a combo meal which only has 3 items and they forgot the chips. How are these people employed?

Always visit for lunch, drive through is a must. Food is always fresh and terrific. The staff are courteous and professional; much better than McDonald’s. I recommend the Zinger burger combo.

Been visiting this branch of KFC a lot lately nearest to the beach side and has one of the best staff.

I always have a good experience ordering from these people.

Waited 10min to get my order, and there are only 2 orders before me. The service is too slow. I don't think this is KFC standard serving time.

Go there all the time for lunch break, I know it’s a predominantly white area who have bland taste buds but just salt your bloody chips for Christ sakes

Probably one of the better KFCs but you need to time it for around dinner time or lunch time to get it fresh.

This KFC is a little take away store in the petrol station of the highway. I went in with a voucher that i had won. I had know problem with it. They were happy to help. I would of give them 5 stars apart from their prices are ridiculous for one person it came to $20.00 what the.

Zero level of common sense of staff members. They put me 6 small nuggets instead of three pieces chicken wings on my regular zingerbox meal.

Good to know they serve halal chicken except nuggets. Drive through was smooth and quick, fries were hot straight of the fryer and the buns used in the burgers were fresh. Good place for a quick lunch.

KFC - if the chickens and chicken pieces shrink any further theyly be selling crumbed "baby chicks" and you'll use a pair of tweezers to eat them with. Sorry they must be cutting up the chickens smaller as I've notice a distinct shrinkage in piece sizes. Time to move on - independent owned charcoal chicken shops are better methinks. If KFC management think they will get away with this forever they only have to look at the landscape of other failed fast food places.

Did a quick online order and picked up in the drive thru. The staff were very friendly, service was quick and food was freshly cooked and hot. Burger was delicious.

I had cometely forgotten what real Keffers was meant to taste like until I stopped past this small but exquisite establishment to appease my hunger and thirst one summer day. I was inundated with flavors of the classic "secret herbs" and flash backs of my childhood, ahh what an experience of shear pleasure this was!

Nice location but not bus parking was the biggest killer. And the long waiting times to pickup my groups order.took over 15mins to get chips and frozen drinks.

Well located on Nepean Highway close to the petrol station. GOOD PLACE 4 a quick bite. It can get busy sometimes. Make sure you order on the app to skip the ques. Love it
