The place need a good clean and maintenance on the machine because nearly ever work something don’t work

Drive thru is a disgrace waiting 22 minutes for a drive thru Order. Last time I’ll be going there. How can they be proud of that service. If they are short of staff don’t open up your doors.

Service is poor. My son goes in for lunch as I wait I see people going in and out while yet he still waits. Waited for 40 minutes to get his food which included 10 minutes of waiting for service, and then the rest, waiting for the food. I’ll go to Bendigo or k/fats kfc next time. What a joke

Wasn't a fan tbh food was very dry chips where soggy and the young guy behind the counter when customers asked " how are you today? " Was replying with " could be better I should be home but i am here instead! " Thats not what a customer wants to hear. That's like being told to go away because your not important enough to come to work for. The manager should engage more with the staff. No serviettes where handed out and all customers had to ask. They where under the counter so within reach. Toilets where very dirty and stunk Like they had not been attended to in quite a while. If I had used them before I ate I wouldn't have had an appetite so if you want to save some money use them before you order. The table we sat at was not in use for the 10 mins was dirty as where some others and no one appeared to be out cleaning at all.
I definitely won't be back there.

Premises where not very clean, i seriously believe that KFC in general has gone down hill in the last few years cleanliness, greasy chicken all the things this business was built on is gone, sad really.

The drive thru is ridiculous trying to get out of the car park is almost impossible on a busy day/night cars out onto the main road and your literally just stuck

KFC is KFC pretty much everywhere. We have occasionally had incorrect orders, and as always with drive through take away, once you have gotten home, you are unlikely to go back just because they forgot one of your chips. As for any drive through, I always recommend checking the bag has everything you ordered before driving off, even if you just pull into the car park or waiting area to do so. Here though you need to leave the area of the business to do that so check it as soon as they hand it to you

Never leave bad reviews but every time I come in I pay for extra sauce every time I leave I have no sauce. Just put it in the freaking bag not that hard, sick of spending money and never actually getting what I paid for.ordered original bacon and cheese burger only got original fillet burg. No salt on chips. I worked at KFC for 3 years you can do better guys.

Terrible food forgets orders skimps on the food portion under trained staff lack of hair nets and manager one of the most imature people i have ever witnessed she should be fired terrible customer service isn, t in hospitality the customer comes first if i could i would go on accurent affaire and shut you down my self

It's not very often that we splurge on KFC for a meal. Last night the family had KFC and it was mainly a good thing. My burger was spoiled though by the substitution of cabbage for lettuce. Other than the bit of a sour taste eating the raw cabbage was no big deal. It's now more than 14hrs later and I am still having my stomach act as a bellows as it inflates regularly and then vents noisily and pungently. Frankly I'd much rather have 1 piece of shredded lettuce on a burger rather than have fermented cabbage make it's presence known for more than half a day.

The drive through was packed, being Mother's Day but the wait was more than made up for by the warm, friendly staff. They are a credit to the Eaglehawk store.

First of all chicken was greasy- chicken was dripping of oil - no way had it been drained- second went thru drive thru and was served by Kelly who couldn't give correct change - gave her $53.90 for 2 two piece feeds $23.90
Easy right $30 change- wrong tried giving me $25 something change - suggestion - get competent staff? Going kfc kang flat in future. Ps if I could give less than one star I would. Ps - Got home - dog wouldn't even eat it.

Usually very good but tonight didn't include the potatoe and gravy that is included in the deal. Bit too far to return and ask for.

Big store, drivethru, eat in, very clean store, KFC ìs still the same in any store, this store is above most.

Gets very busy but the line always moves quickly and food is always hot and yummy. Great customer service also

Great service, always quick and easy to get online orders from this KFC. Only downside is the size of the location, occasional long lines of cars and angry customers trying to leave the parking lot.

The staff double checked our order when taking our order and then double checked our food before it even got us. Very impressed.

Dining in (mainly flooring) is sometimes untidy and female disabled toilet door is unable to close.

A bit to work on. Always seem to be short of certain items, potato and gravy or no buckets. Food is solid though when they have it

Got some kfc late snacks and tge guy tgat serves us he has a long hair and wasn't wearing a hairnet.
