Consistently missing food! Very disappointing considering you pay extra for the boxes and have multiple times received what’s in a combo.

Atmosphere is pretty lacking as it seems wackos are here often. They constantly forget your food here and don’t seem to get enough training. Haha a guilty pleasure of mine coming here

Time taken to prepare order is too long for a fast food restaurant. I won't be coming to this place anymore.

Pathetic service, after ordering meal and waiting for good 20 minutes staff said no burgers available. Lost the appetite got my money back walked out hungry and angry. Would never visit this place again. Felt we are running out of food like third world country. Very disappointed especially when it comes to planning for weekend rush, very poor planning for stock of food.

Paid for 15 wicked wings, got 14. Paid for 10 dinner rolls, got only 6. Considering how hard it is to drive over due to roadworks, you get home and find half your food is missing is extremely disappointing. No serviettes or wet wipes included either.

I can't tell if the food was just bad or if it was because I was having a mental breakdown

The food was shocking.my burger buns were harder than concrete. KFC used to be good. Now it's just disappointing. Didn't get the burgers we ordered and got 2 bits of lettuce in the burgers. They need to do a lot better.

Ordered online for Drive throught they got order wrong. They offered to redo order and swapped the same cold food into different packaging, including burgers, then forgot chips again. Staff of 4 to 6 was gathered giggling around the order area when the drive-through and inside were extremely busy. Only got right order when requested to speak to manager and my order was redone properly. There was no apology. The order from. Start to end took me around 30 minutes.

Not sure why everytime I ordered here. My order’ve always mistaken. Fast food drive through take forever.

Wasn't happy with the food l received tonight
Ordered 4 pkts large chips, and they were only 3/4full, the burgers wasn't fresh at all, very poorly put together it was very dry and dark it looked terrible waste of money did not enjoy there food at all l will not recommend anyone to go there at all

I had a fantastic experience at KFC Doreen. I was particularly impressed by the person who served me, I believe her name was Sarah. She was amazing at her job, quite impressed by her customer service skills and overall attitude within her workplace. I was also impressed by the quality of food and overall handling of it too. Would highly recommend visiting this particular KFC. Again massive props to Sarah!

Had a couple of bad experiences recently with this store. Today the last straw. I did not realise KFC now using quail as chicken pieces. I ordered a 3 piece original box meal. Received three pieces of chicken, 2 of them thigh, but size of a wing and the other an unidentifiable breast piece, smaller than the two quail size thigh pieces. All 3 pieces minute. They were all over cooked, with the breast piece dry and almost inedible. The skin, usually the best part was not even nice as dry and tough. Did not seem to have all the usual spices. I will however say thank you for curing me of wanting KFC again in future.

Hi. I just want to complain. I bought "Cheap As Chips" pack for take away in Doreen (VIC) branch today (Sat 7th Jan 2023) and the staff miss my nugget. I only got 8 pieces of chicken, 2 dips, 4 sides, and dissapointment because my nugget was missing.

Purchased a meal on 23/11/22 around 11: 45, asked for extra salt, got no salt and old and tough bacon was used in the burger.
Food was ready very quickly hoever.

Got a bucket of chicken and only got drumsticks, very small thigh pieces and wings. What a waste of money, chips didn’t even have salt on them.
Can this KFC ever get an order right or the right mix of pieces in a bucket?

Hi, I went there many time but 8 times out of 10 they are very rude, and don’t have food if I asked why you don’t have food, then they said talk to my manager, next day I talked with manager and she said, it is your problem and you should have solved last night.finally, no body take responsibility, they treat like they are donating food.
I request to upper management, plead give proper training to your managers and staff.

Drive through seems more efficient for me each time than inside. Other than that, service was good

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken can’t believe that 3 of the pieces were the smallest wings I have seen, ripped off who would be happy with that.

Badly miss the hot and spicy chicken by KFC. Why would you discontinue something better than what you claim as the original.
