Do not goto this kfc, they will ruin everything you order. Staff are rude and useless. Wish I could give negative stars

CAN'T GET AN ORDER TOGETHER TO SAVE THEIR LIVES - WE EVEN WROTE IF YOU CAN'T FULFILL THE ORDER ON TIME CALL AND ADVISE. WHY WOULD THEY POSSIBLY DO THAT? NOW WE'RE OVER 40 MINUTES LATE

Whoever was on between 5pm-6pm was incredibly incompetent. Waiting 1 hour for 2 meals is unacceptable and strange as there was nobody else who was coming through so the excuse of being busy wasn’t there. Didnt even get one of the meals right anyways. You go get fast food for a reason- otherwise I would’ve gone elsewhere.

OHS SHOULD GO THERE CHECK QUALITY. YOUNG KIDS SHOULDN'T BE IN THE KITCHEN THEY NOT RESPONSIBLE. FOR THEM ITS A JOKE OR LOUGH FOR PEOPLE HEALTH AND MONEY. EVERY TIME BUY HERE CHICKEN NO GOOD BUN LOOK LIKE TAKE OUT FROM RUBBISH BIN. POOR QUALITY. BYCOT THIS KFC.

received there order before mine & didn't get everything I ordered.

They have given me raw chicken and it was one of the worst experiences for me.
I will not go there anymore.
Please cancel the franchise history if possible.

I see you’ve arrived at the worst rated KFC in se Melb! Solid 40min wait during lunch rush. High chance of getting your order wrong or just not preparing it.

Food very good by KFC standards. Very small store with seats that are not that comfortable.

First of all. All fast food restaurants should not have people that have just turned freshly 18 in a take out venue they should have a mature adult that is management that actually makes things happen properly, that person should be on better money than the rest to for that hard work they put in.

Secondly, that shouldn’t have to be the case they should just be able to read a order screen properly, I think my 3 year old could work better than them!

did an online order and still waited 40 minutes no to mention they got the order completely wrong and it’s not the first time it took 30 minutes for someone to actually come out and serve other customers never going there again

Absolutely useless here they have no clue what’s going on and all the swearing in the kitchens

My local KFC to work. Not many problems with quality like other branches. Inside the "restaurant" can be a bit cramped, during the lunch time rush, but online ordering helps.

Whent there today/9/03/2023, asked for 6 peice pack of chicken, drive through, she said original chicken, l said yes, l then asked for 4 thighs, 2 legs, she said 2 thighs and 2 drum sticks, l said to her don't worry about it l wont buy, what really peeved me of (off) was that kfc only has original chicken, no hot and spiced chicken, so why ask original? If this store sold, hot and spiced chicken and original l would have said 6 peices of hot and spiced chicken/ or original chicken, and when l said 4 thighs, 2 legs, she said you mean drum sticks, what the heck, in my vocabulary, on a chicken, its either legs or drum sticks? Not knowing how this store performs, l thought l would write how unhappy l was, well to my surprise, on the there website l found l was not alone in judging them poorly, the sad part is with this store, it is hidden away, so not in your face, (so to speak) in there position, where they are situated, they should be more professional, if they want trade coming back!

If you are from the area you know how much of a joke this place is. I dont know why i keep coming back I wish there was a 0 star option. Don't come to this KFC on your lunch break.

Bad experience.

Ordered Coleslaw salad and mash the first time, but they didn’t give the salad and gave chips instead of mash.

Second time I checked when got my order and still no salad. I asked the lady, she said no more salad. Shouldn’t you tell me that and change to other sides?

Disappointed.

My chicken was dry, I purchased a zinger combo and was hungry.not acceptable in food standards.

Extremely bad service with a don't give 2 hoots aditude. Day manage should be fired. I ordered my food whilst 2 girls out back were throwing things at each other. Serviced my food late and the best the person could say was nothing.

Know its just KFC but this place looks more like daycare fir children.

Staff took our feedback receipt and lie that they couldnt generate a new one. We cant give our feedback on the website so i gusss we’ll just settle with leaving a public review

Worst kfc I've ever been too. Terrible customer service, if your in a hurry avoid this kfc, staff are too busy playing out the back to worry about customer's waiting to order or maybe they can't hear customer's as the music is playing way too loud! Turn it down. Terrible place

After waiting 12 mins I got my stacker, always have to wait more than 10 minutes to just order. I go most of the time on my break of 30 mins, and 15-20 mins just go by waiting for my food.
