65 Terrible service, long waits, substituted potato and gravy with chips but never asked or told me. Food was thrown in the box with no care, burger wrapper had grease all over it.
Looking through the drive through window, the kitchen is a mess and disgusting. Food quality reflects it.
Decided to order kfc from cranbourne store for dinner tonight. A big mistake. Chicken pieces were over cooked and dry. Chips were cold and soggy. Also ordered large potatoe and gravy, didn't get that. Spent $44 including delivery. Extremely disappointing. This isn't the first time orders have been missing items. No longer will I be ordering from kfc from any store. You just can't be trusted.

Orders are never complete, there is always some missing. The kitchen from the drive through is disgusting, with rubbish and food everywhere on the floor, trash floating all over the car park and it's like they never listen.ask for 5 drum sticks and get measly pieces of deep froed bone with a nibble of meat.
Oh, and the chips are soggy.

The food is standard, but the location could use some TLC. It's rather unkempt. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Didn’t take our order down correctly, then when we asked for the chips she said you didn’t pay for chips and I said well we ordered them, we are happy to pay but we want the chips, instead of just acknowledging she argued with us and kept telling us we had to pay for it, we had to repeat ourselves like 4 times. She then slammed the window and had someone else serve us, extremely rude and unprofessional! And to top it off the chips were stale and had no salt on them, had to walk into the store from drive through to asks for a fresh batch and with salt. She needs a career change! Plenty of other people with better people skills then what we just experienced.

Clean tidy and covid safe. Every little chicken on offer. The chicken that was on offer looked to be over cooked or had been there for a while.
Bought a family feast for $24.95 and was given cold and dry chicken not given a full refund. Bunch of crooks

These guys fully respected my decision to wait 20 minutes for a bucket of chicken I'd been craving all weekend.
Somebody do something about this place! The food is always terrible! Its either so over cooked or barely cooked at all! The meal we got tonight was wrong (no surprise) massive line of cars and we realised why. 4 times i had to explain our order. Gave up only to go through to the window to which i had to repeat and explain my order another 4 times. Then my husband had to explain it knowing full well she didnt enter it properly. We only wanted 2 meals but apparently that was too hard for her to understand or she had ZERO training! If your staff arnt confident put them on the counter so they have back up and can ask questions. Dont put them on the the drive through! And for goodness sakes train your staff in how to cook things! Every other KFC ive been too can manage to cook things properly.
Very very poor service and very poor communication amongst the staff. Firstly the food was late, then served completely wrong burgers despite pointing out to them that the wrapping was wrong, Drove all the way home to realise that indeed all the burgers were wrong. It is supposed to be fast food but I wasted an hour of my precious time.
If I were running this joint, every member of staff would be dismissed immediately, went there on the night of January 3, first of all they told me the drive thru system is not functioning properly, and I would have to go inside to order, I went inside and noticed the customers were disgruntled about them not having basic items on the menu in stock, my order was affected too, so after negotiating replacement items for the box meals I chose, I then had to witness the staff behaving in an appalling manner whilst standing right in front of the already fed up customers, swearing amongst themselves, even to a customer at one point, to which that customer stormed out of the restaurant, then waited 20mins for my food to be ready, only to find the gave us the wrong chicken burger patty in the zinger burger, chips were stone cold and soggy, chicken as dry as the Sahara desert, total embarrassment of a place and will vow to never return, I encourage others to do the same, you deserve better
Worst outlet I have ever visited. The chicken was so oily it seeped through the bottom of the box all over my car seat.
Chips were gross, lots of black bits on them and they were dry. We ordered 4 crunch wraps and they were soggy, and the chicken was dry and tough. The other chicken we had was also really dry. Drive thru was quick and we got our food pretty quick, but easily the worst KFC experience I've had so far
Totally dismissive of sending out incomplete order.
Zero sympathy for us not receiving our order although we in ISO and stuck at home.
The "we are not to blame" response is appalling and the lack of any attempt to resolve the problem handballed to Menulog. Manager Amy couldnt have cared less.

9 times out of 10 there is either a mistake with my order, and they don’t include the sauces I ask and pay for!
I now go to the KFC on Thomsons Road…. They haven’t left anything off any of my orders… yet.
