KFC Corio

Recently I ordered 10 pieces of wicked wings via apps and picked them up from drive through. However when went home and opened the package, only found 9. Then I complained through KFC apps, but unfortunately no one has contacted me to solve the issue. After a day, received an email from KFC asking me to rate on how well did they resolve the issue. Are you kidding? Just disgusting!

When we crave for chicken, kfc is our first on the go list. Kfc corio is our favourite place, aside from closed to home, food are always fresh. It's our favourite fried chicken place. We always love their service, staffs are all attentive and know their duties. We always love to eat inside (dine in) as it's not busy every time we go. Clean invironment.

I had a horrible meal about 3 weeks ago.
I called to confirm exactly how much store credit I have. It was between $30 and $40 somewhere.
Only to get told I am trying to scam them because the manager at the time never written it down. They flat out refused to honour their store credit and spoke down ti me. Not impressed.

My order was customised for extra chips instead of gravy potato - missing extra chips and no serviette.

Not sure if the workers know wat fresh chips mean or they just don't listen when repeated 4 times, fresh chips means straight out of the fryer drained the oil and then salted then boxed, simples.

If I could give Zero Stars I would. Ordered through Menulog. An hour later I get a coutesy call from menulog to tell me that they have cancelled the order because they don't have time to make it! What on earth is this. If I had of ordered at the counter would I have been turned away for a Family pack meal? It has to be the most stupid thing I have ever heard from a large takeaway place like this. Never to order from here again. I can't describe the disappointment in this place.

First impression- in need of a thorough clean of ALL SURFACES inside and the outdoor entrance area and all windows

In the restaurant seating area - dusty cobwebs on all light fittings, floor in need of sweeping (chips and bits of chicken everywhere) it looks like the floor hasn't been properly mopped in a long time, in desperate need of a steam clean.

Staff were chatting amongst themselves but were quick to offer service and then straight back to their conversation. No care for the state of dirtiness of the place.

It was mid afternoon not at all busy, plenty of staff there - yet no one out even wiping down tables or sweeping the floor.

If you have time to lean then you have time to clean

No different to any other kfc store, very hit and miss occasionally cooked to perfection other times very poor, I suppose that's what you get when you employ kids and don't train them properly they have a few times given me less pieces than they should have never once have I received an extra piece so maybe a bit more practice in counting is needed, I think kfc should have at least one mature aged person in every store to direct the youngsters.

Normally good quality food but customer service has become very poor my delivery was given to someone else complained to no avail

One of the better KFC I've been to in term of speed of service for dine in order. Spacious dining area. Took one star off as it could have been a lot cleaner.

Blokes got no idea how a staff discount works and then gives you attitude, do some homework pal

The young staff were chucking the food in the bag. I was given the wrong burger. The food was horrible.

First time having KFC in years. Tasted so good but then I was hungry. The price $39 for 2 meals and some chicken strips won't have me going back in a hurry

Girls are allways friendly good customer service but food isn't the best chicken pieces always to small

Terrible no service total chaos went thru drive through no eftpos no signage until your stuck in drive through then waited at counter for q0 mins not served all should be embarrassed a joke totally

The workers are wonderful, they very clearly care about customers and making it a good experience.

Food is yummy, I haven't had anything to complain about, other than the app not working but that's not their fault, and they do what they can to work around that and fix the issue.

Chicken was hot and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. Haven't had KFC in ages and it lived up to expectations. Thanks for the good meal.

Once again part of my order was missing. Its not a difficult order.just a 3 piece box with a gravey instead of the potato and gravey and a regular coleslaw. Order number 729.i note I was charged for coleslaw.

EVERY time we go to KFC I'm served COLD chips. Why? Lots of people ahead of me, so I know I should get HOT chips.
And I NEVER get what I order.
The last few weeks we have been going to HUNGRY JACKS, HOT chips there.

This is one of the most moments in our journey, stop and acknowledge human beings who work everyday at their job but make it easier, friendly and are genuinely making your day just simply amazing. Went through Drive through yesterday unexpectedly getting a phone call from my sister to come down to Corio as her hubby and her are fishing and as my father who enjoys this favorite past time of his, I drove him there! As KFC is all their favorite take away, it was only the right fit to get them that for dinner! Whilst when I ordered I had no idea I was to be greeted by this amazing well mannered young lady named Abbey, who just happened to the store manager, she offered me options as what I wanted wasn’t available straight away and the time frame it will take, she offered another store near by if I didn’t have time to wait, little does this amazing young woman know I have never had such incredible service like this before, your an absolute asset to your organization and I am grateful for not just treating us like a number but a human being, where ever you are placed in this world, your number attribute should be how would you treat your family or friends if they were to surpass in your work place! In this world full of human beings it’s so nice to see human beings taking pride in customer service and treating others like they would want to be treated! We salute you Abbey and knowing your service is with a smile and so helpful goes along way to anyone dealing with your company! Keep up the sensational efforts and a special mention to the lovely Sophia for the warmest greeting in coming to bring our food out! Appreciation to you all for making a moment in time very beautiful for my father and I!
