Excellent food, very fresh and clean.
Friendly staff.
Excellent air-conditioning, much appreciated on a hot day.

Popcorn chicken okay but maxi has been down sized, chips cold no salt. And waited 30 minutes for just 2 x combo popcorn chicken. Poor service

The store was filthy. Take away order was missing items. The staff were in no hurry at all to fill orders. Waited so long for order that the chips were stone cold. Won’t be back

Service was slow for only being open for 20 minutes lots of staff but as usual only cared about drive through. Food was horrendous feed to dog's chicken was just cooked rubber and Grey chicken? Chips were soggy as and brown bits through out them. Cobram people know what good food is digging yourself a grave serving rubbish

Won't eat here anymore. Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes with only two cars in front. So slow! No1 working in there had any sense of urgency. Total lack of work ethics. Every time I try, I end up leaving bc of how slow it is

I only ordered 5 items takeaway on Wednesday 3rd Jan. When we opened the bag, nothing was what we ordered, and the service poor

40 minutes for our order. No sorry it's taken so long etc. There were other with larger orders (family meals) that took as long. The issue is all the small orders waited 5-15 minutes they had ordered collected their food while the bigger orders were in the too hard basket. Oven doors left open for periods of time, boxes all over the counters. No napkins or spoons given with orders. I could have driven to yarrawonga and eaten in the time it took for our meal. I would highly recommend getting a pub meal, kebab shop or one of the many cafes and take away shops over this. Might try it again in another 6 months when you sort it out hopefully. Only gave an extra star because the chicken was hot. Chips were not hot. Pretty poor experience.

Waited for 30 minutes in the drive through, no apology for taking so long. Food was questionable. I’m sure they are short staffed but the wait was way too long with no apology

Took an around 40 minutes to get my order, chicken was medium rare how nobody wants it. Just overall terrible service. Zinger box had no burger or extra chicken that I paid for but at that point I’d had enough didn’t even bother with the refund and walked away.

Great food. I’ve had KFC a few times now and chicken good perfectly every time. The wait in the drive thru was a little long but considering the amount of people in the line they did great

So disappointed with the service drive through and in service.
First one in the store know one else in there made my order and still got half my order between 4 workers.
Drive through took 22 minutes because catching up for a chat at the service window is an OK thing to do.
The toilet paper is so thin when you pull on it the bit between your finger and thumb is all you get and the only way you will use the toilet is if your busting because they were filthy at 10.04am, they open at 10am so there not cleaned.
VERY POOR TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT.

Chicken not cooked properly, taken back and was polite and discreet to have the manager jump down my friend’s throat saying she just wanted a credit. Nope, never mentioned a refund, just concerned with being nurses. Disgustingly rude, won’t be back. They took the chicken though which we wanted for a photo.

Peggy maybe if you hadn't rated a Cigerette Shop 7 Years Ago 5 Stars you'd still have some taste buds left.

Oh and to the other person who waited 40 Minutes on opening day? C'mon everyone in Cobram packed out KFC there was a two lane que leading back out onto the road.

Look its KFC. You've all had KFC and it still tastes like KFC unfortuanetly for Peggy everything tastes like an ashtray.

New store in Cobram. Chicken tasteless and dry. Potato and gravy. Gravy was non exhistant. Tasted nothing like KFC. Might give the rest to the dogs, with home made gravy so they don't choke. I won't be back.
