KFC Chelsea Heights

We ordered online tonight kfc chicken. When we arrived we were informed that a kfc store had no chicken! Yes that’s right no chicken. So instead on 4 pieces of chicken I’ve been given 4 burnt tough bits of tenderloin. Have I gone to a KFC store?
There were several other items out of stock as well!
If I could give u zero stars I would.

I have had a lot of bad experiences here?
The last time was not 1 of them the young guy with the rats tail was great helpful understanding and polite restored my faith in this kfc

This is our local store we have given ample opportunities to over the past 15 years - we are done - always wrong order packed - food overcooked - loooooong wait for an order placed over the APP for pick up - burger with a wicked wing inside nearly broke the wife’s tooth - no care, no management or franchise owner who gives a damn as this has been going on for years

Do yourself a favour and drive to any other KFC than this one, it needs to be closed by head office

Ordered potato and gravy got 5 tubes of gravy not what was paid for not what was ordered rang them told me they ran out of potato really terrible feel ripped off and laughed at it was supposed to be two large potato and gravy

Good luck getting burgers with fillet chicken after 9pm. The number of times we have been through here at this time and they have run out of original recipe, fillets or upt n spicy. Plan your stock better KFC, it would seem you are more concerned about waste charts more than fulfilling customers orders. Shocking way to run a business

I’ve been coming here for years, and I’m getting pretty fed up. This place is always out of chicken. For a chicken shop, it’s pretty average. And always wait on cooking if they do have some! If you look at the comments it’s a common issue.
Management needs to sort this out.

I definitely don’t recommend, they are horrible young workers that don’t know how to be polite, i was asking a question he gave me the shortest answer then boom we got hung up on.

KFC Chelsea Heights staff have always been helpful, professional and curtious. If you like KFC, I highly recommend this store. Artie.

The girl on closing shift tonight was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She could not care less how long I waited then without saying hello her first words were ‘we only have nuggets’ which was surely a complete lie. I wish I got her name. I will not be going back.

Honestly hopeless. Every single time I order extra salt, they literally give no salt.
It’s an ongoing joke in my family as to how bad they are and we make bets on what they will get wrong every time.

How does a KFC always run out of wicked wings? Conversation always starts with. I am sorry

Went to store and placed order on Sat night around 8pm. Wouldn't refer to it as a restaurant because the place was filthy and clearly under staffed. The place was packed with people but no one was eating because they were all waiting patiently for their orders. Meantime unclaimed Uber orders were sitting waiting for pick up. I waited about 5 minutes after placing my small order to hear the young couple behind me saying they had been waiting more than 30 minutes. I then realised my fast food order was going to be very, very slow but I had to go to work so I had to cancel my order and walked out. Staff were working as fast as possible and looked stressed. They politely refunded me and apologised. Can't blame the staff on shift because they are clearly overwhelmed with the volume of orders coming through. I did wonder if Uber eats is being prioritised over people who turn up to the store. It's my local KFC. Haven't been there for a long time and won't be returning.

Don't care if you are waiting to place an order at counter, they are too busy throwing a zinger burger around like a footy. That burger going to the next customer. Maybe hire some teens with manners like your competitor McDonald.

Not very happy! Decided to treat myself a little more and order zinger bacon and cheese with extra super charge sauce! When I opened my burger in anticipation for a great meal I noticed it did not have any cheese, any bacon and any super charge sauce. Not to mention the chips were sup par! Criminal act

Super friendly staff! The fried chicken was rather nice! Since we went late Sunday night, we got our food at a reduced price as the store was about to close and they were going to throw it out. Overall, great KFC.

Online orders for the 1st of Jan 2023 i was unable to place my order at Round 12.30 for dinner order only for dates for fellowing day, I called KFC and she said to come half hour earlier so they can cook as we ordered but they didn't have enough stock available waited and be given whatever, I was so Dispointed by freshness for the visitors

Ordered through door dash, items missing and incorrect quantities of what we did receive.
You'd think a resteraunt would hire people capable of counting to six.
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC EFFORT.

Extremely arrogant and rude shift "Manager" on drive through duty! Literally threw the food into our car window via drive through. Very abrupt. Extremely rude. Poor customer experience at this KFC. Be warned.

Absolutely rubbish of a shop, never have items needed in boxes. Always close early (In terms of they have no items left so you cannot order anything 3 hours before close). Horrible staff, all seem lazy and slow.

Not able to order from drive through. Not all menu items available and customer service non existent! Don’t bother wasting your time with them
