KFC Carrum Downs

Had to wait 20 minutes in store for a Twister with no communication from staff. Whatever happened to fast food.

Due to store closing in 30 minutes time I was unable to order via the kfc app. I could process the order then it would fail to go to payment. It turns out they close the app early. I was then unable to avail of online app only discounts.

Food was good and service unremarkable - not good or bad, just going through the motions. Overall the app experience soured the visit.

After having my ultrasound in Frankston, I said to my son I wanted hashbrowns in McDonald's but he said we'll have KFC instead. So off we went to KFC in carrum Downs. I was quite happy to see that there's no customers yet so I I ordered the Family feast that consist of 2 large hot chips, 1 large tub of coleslaw, 1 large tub of mash potato with gravy 4 small bottles of water and 10 pieces of yummy KFC fried chicken. Being a senior I even get a discount The lady who served me was very friendly, polite, cheerful and attentive. It didn't take long to get my order. Happy customer here.
So come on down to KFC Carrum Downs and you will definitely enjoy their chicken and all.

1 star for giving substitute drinks without communicating that customers aren't being given what they ordered because they don't have something in stock.

Chips soggy and cold.
Staff shouted out order including drink but failed to give me drink.
Zinger burger doing a Benjamin Button and getting smaller and smaller.
Not a great experience.

After renovation the 2 lane drive thru is much better, but the chicken pieces have shrunk in size.

Can’t believe out of chicken again. At 9pm and saying they are not cooking no more chicken. Very poor service.

If you're happy to wait 30+ minutes for your food maybe it's the place for you. Not normally one to leave negative reviews but I'm a hungry pregnant women who just wants her burger

Food is as you would expect from a kfc but at least they do cook their chips all the way through as many other stores I've visited have all been a little undercooked. Service was great and at a difficult time of day they handled a rude customer very well.

Went here at the drive-through, and they had no original recipe chicken. No hot and crispy chicken and no wicked wings.we were ordering for multiple people and had to change pretty much every person's meal around because half the stuff they didn't have. I was kicking myself that I didn't just wait in the que and not give my money to this place. A franchise that's meant to cater the things they're most well know for didn't even have it available. Some of the staff are rude with no care factor for their customers to top it off. Won't be returning to this one again.

Online orders dose not matter to this restaurant think twice to order a food delivery from this restaurant

Very rude staff, i always try and give people the benefit of the doubt but this experience made me super uncomfortable.

This is three peace box from KFC Carrum Downs on 30/12/2022 at 5pm. Just so we are clear I didn't order WICKED WINGS.

Over an hour for 2 items. Call the store to get info. They are 'understaffed'. What a joke.

They were very busy and the food I ordered was not cooked and have to wait a bit but they were nice and informed me and gave me other choices and then gave me a free chips cause I waited half hour for my food through the drive through.

A bit faster now that there is a dual drive through but still wait too long.it is improving though which is great

Im a customer who waited for more than one hour for get my foods. Its just 800m from my home to this outlet. I placed the order around 9.05 pm. And two uber drivers went there to collect the order. But they keep saying they dont have foods which i ordered.
Thats fine i do understand that. Product canbe ranout. Buy the thing is why they cant communicate it? Bcz they don’t care about.
Im waiting for1 hr and 15 mimutes for foods. But no one response. Until the uber driver contact them. I did Call this outlet. But they not respond.
Really really dissatisfied with this kfc service. And i will never order again.
That is a really bad experience.

There was no one to assist how to use the self order technology had to ask a customer for assistance he was very polite and kind in showing me how to use the self order thingy what happened to the freindlly staff. You could walk up to the counter and order you meal, gone replaced by modern technology

As all KFC stores go their food is prepared well and you will always receive exactly what you purchased but I have never received uncooked or seasoned chips which at other branches this is quite a regular thing that happens. Inside the store is also kept clean with norubbush left o tables or floors, the floors appear to be freshly moped and the bathrooms were exceptionaly clean and smelled nice. Customer service was good I did receive a new girl but I could tell she was doing well she was quick, polite and error free ididnt try going through the drive through but I expect that to be the same as well. All up I will come back again, even if it's not the healthiest of options but it does get my taste buds working again. This store is better than others. Due to roadworks going on outside their entrance finding a way in wasn't that easy but this shouldn't take much longer.
