KFC Burnley

Great location, small carpark. Food is very fresh. Unfortunately all tables and floors are very dirty, upstairs, downstairs and outside.

Fine if you make an Uber eats order, they fill follow directions. Although if you go though drive through it’s pretty disappointing. I ordered the Zinger Box Meal, was given the wrong type of wings, only received 2 wings, and I asked for a extra salt on the chips (because for some reason KFC is very stingy with salt) and I received NO salt on the chips.

I have gone through this drive through a few times and each time is so disappointing. I get it, it’s KFC, it’s not a 5 star restaurant, but I expect the restaurant to give me the correct items and at least follow orders.

FYI please note: they follow all orders via Uber Eats, I believe it’s because it’s documented and if items are missing it can be reported.

Like I said, it’s not a 5 star restaurant but I at least expect this particular KFC to deliver the BARE MINIMUM AND GET THE ORDER CORRECT.

Do better.

Everytime I go through the drive-through, I never get the right amount of chicken I ordered. Also the chicken is too salty compared to other locations.

It was so much fun playing cricket on the 2nd level and blasting music up there and seeing Sammy Gebert smash one of the windows on level 2 with the ball

Ordered a cheap as chips deal which is supposed to have 6 nuggets included i looked in the bag and everything seemed to be there. Got home, started eating and realised there wasn't any nuggets in the box.got the sauces though:/

Chips were unsalted, and the burgers were clumsily made with only a small amount of lettuce and mayo. Chicken was cold. Not enjoyable.

Pulled up the drive through. Had my food within seconds. Not only was this the fastest kfc experience I’ve ever had. It was also the juiciest freshest, most delicious tongue tingling sensation I’ve ever had. Amazing service, efficient service, all in all an incredible kfc experience.

Every one on duty walked past the most filthy floors and benches and could not careless.
When I said please clean the table they only cleaned mine.
Nice enough staff but couldn't careless.
Food was bearable.

I ordered a 3 piece feed and they wanted me to wait 15 minutes because they had no chicken ready.
KFC HAD NO CHICKEN READY! LOL

I went to quickly grab a go bucket for my daughter and use the bathroom. Mm walked into the bathroom and I don’t think people knew what the toilet was for. Disgusting. Unhygienic. Smells (is a polite way of saying what I thought). Wrong wrong wrong an every level.
Sadly, a review isn’t going to change the habits of customers or the staff. Shame.

Been there three time…each time something was missing from my order. I know this is a fast food restaurant, but this is not an excuse. If you have another KFC nearby better go there.

The young staff that served us, seemed to be fairly new and it was extremely hard to understand what they were saying. The meal which was eaten shortly after we bought it, was only just warm. There were also no utensils in the box. Very disappointed.

Got my order correct and provided me with a moist towelette. So important when driving home and grabbing some yummy chicken.

Service is quite up and down (mostly down). The young staff is mostly in the back chatting during off peak hours if you go to order and will most likely ignore you.

Stopped in here to take advantage of the free two hour parking, I parked me all original mint condition EB S falcon here then walked up to Ferrari and Lamborghini in a knock off Dolce & Gabbana Leopard-Printed Tailored Suit, so I could pretend to be interested in buying a supercar. Noticed on the sign it was for customer parking only, is I got a 2 buck slider (it was amazing) first bite Zinnger sauce all down the front of me. Cleaned it up with a couple KFC wipes. Decided I was ready to walk down and start new car journey. 10min, later I was on the way back to get my tuff EB from KFC, noticed I still had and hour and thirty five minutes left of parking. Needless to say I was sucked in by KFC's advertising and I was like "bucket, shut up amd take my money" ordered the family feat for one and I was on my way he to corio.

It was a good day out, I had a good feed and got within 5m of a real life Lamborghini.

Had a good day, and sent it all the way home with greesy fingers.

Went to this KFC tonight just before it closes. When I receive the order, the girl said she put in a few extra wings for me. She didn’t know that I had the worst day at work, and that she just saved my day from misery. I hope she sees this review.

Very Nice chicken, very crispy. Very flavourful. Was really good execpt the mouse i saw running around on the floor, brings me back to my days working in the soup kitchen in the gold mines, those were the days, no one minded a mouse or two sharing the kitchen with you.

This place is disgusting. The toilets are always stinking. The staff are great hence the they look really hard working and are helpful.

The food is always served luke warm and the burgers always look like they've been slapped together they have definitely shrank in size too.

Is located in a good spot especially if you've been stuck in heavy traffic around this area, you can pull in and have a brief break whilst eating your favourite KFC meal!
