KFC Broadmeadows Food Court

This place has the worst service ever, I was standing in line behind a customer then customer in front of me got his goodies and left to eat, I moved up to counter and stood there for nearly 10mins the girls looked at me every now and then but thats all, I got feed up waiting and asked when I'll be served only to be told, 'sorry this register is closed', I lost it at her for not saying something earlier and it got me so angry I threw my iced coffee big M into the chicken baimaree. Something I should not have done but I lost it that bad because they just kept looking at me and not saying a word.

They literally don’t care about customers. They were just talking with their colleagues neglecting my order. And the order was completely wrong.

I ordered for 2 zinger box and 1 double chocolate mousse through kfc apps but they forgot to give drinks both and chocolate mousse. And on the top of it they forgot to put the cutlery. And they charged 11$ literally for the delivery still unable to give right order just simple things. Very disappointed and since I applied through the apps I can’t even apply for refund for my left orders.

That’s the kfc standard chicken that I bought from the food court kfc Broadmeadows. Quality is beyond the standards chicken was over-fried staff is too rude as well. Please don’t waste your money as well as your time there.

3 female workers openly vaping throughout the shopping centre. Not considerate of other people at all.

Always hot and fresh. Not long wait time. Manager and staff is really nice whenever I go there

I ordered the 3 piece box. But someone forgot to put the 11 herbs and spices, no hand towel any more I see no more wipes. Maybe at other stores

Today I ordered KFC 12 mins later and still waiting some customers waited 15 minutes and no one said nothing to us I than asked what's happening with my order as my lunch break was nearly ending as I was working the reason new staff and then the cook was on break and then shortage of chicken which they had chicken no communication they finally said sorry but we're rude myself and 2 other customers got a refund very rude staff lack of communication and full of excuses and got dirty looks from the female staff I'll never order from there again word of advice train your staff better to communicate and not be rude another female customer was close to hitting your female staff for giving dirty looks and ignoring ccustomers

Amazing service, great staff and the food is always awesome. Hands down one of the best KFC's, I would definitely recommend eating here!

Hi. This is from door dash dasher. The staff is doing resisum, specially the front boy. I got delivery today from KFC. I went there he told me chicken is note ready. It gonna take 20mintues. I wait 25mintues. After 25 he said it gonaa take more time. I wait 35 minutes. I had 2ordes. As I told him in starting that give me 2orders together I’ll wait. After waiting 1hour he told me cancel the order he can’t give me order. This is discusting. Please check the cameras if you think I am lying. He didn’t said sorry. He was showing me attitude. But my question is why?

Ordered 3 times from this location on a single night spread between 3 hours. All three orders cancelled. Service speaks for itself.

I visit the KFC in Broadmeadows Central Shopping Center. I go there 2 days a week. I love KFC so much, it's one of my favourite take away restaurants ever! And I really love the KFC burgers!

Its a cosy place but food is not that great excluding the chain of restaurants like subway and kfc

Worst place and rude service. Chicken was too oily couldn't eat i left it on the cashier's table and asked them to chuck it in the bin

I received the delivery today for a Tower burger box. And I didn't receive any potato gravy with it which is the first issue.

Secondly, the chips had way too much salt, like I love a little extra Salt & spicy food but this was unbearably extra salt for me.
Thirdly, is the popcorn chicken which were dry and felt as if they were cooked in old oil and didn't taste good at all.

Out of the whole order I only ate thr burger and the drink rest of them all went straight to the bin. I don't know what sort of cooking they are doing but it's really unpleasant & disgusting (to be entirely honest)

Broadmeadows food court cleaners. This is the time of covid have you forgotten. Today I was sitting there having a sandwich and next to me.on the other table was a Sudanese family they removed there kids shoe's from the dirty floor and place them on the table were they were eating, when they left i asked the cleaner to clean the table, she used the same cloth for all the other tables if we have another lockdown I'll scream. Learn how to clean its not that hard.

Young girl manager was very friendly.came yesterday 10/2/20 around 2pm.fast service and food was good.recommend this kfc.

The best customer service but honestly there was just one problem there’s a manager that works there and his name is Berk well I always see him have little break downs he needs to calm down his b00bs nah but seriously the cooks that worked last Friday deserve a medal the chicken was top notch

Passing off second hand food for freshly cooked. With only one person on register it too a very long time to get served at 1: 30 on a Friday afternoon. The worst part was when the young worker tried to palm off an unclaimed go bucket that was left sitting on the counter for 15 mins. Noticing what he was doing I asked for a fresh go bucket only for his manager to give me attitude about it no being there long. I don't think KFC will be going broke anytime soon. Train your management and staff adequately and make them move a little faster!
