Wow really order chicken tender strip's there likee 2 inches long. May need to get a price check on that.

I got the 24 piece nuggets and they gave me 28.
They were hot and fresh and came out very quickly.

Poor customer service. Staff needs proper training and manager should be around keeping eye on the young staff and train Basic customer service.

Chicken raw inside (not the first time) Asked for boneless hot & spicy it wasn't even hot & spicy. Asked for potato & gravy just got gravy. Not going back! Not even worth a rating one star. What a waste of money

The entire KFC was a disgrace. The employees are the worst. Rude. Arrogant. The food, disgusting. You will waste your money eating here. Don't eat here. Eat somewhere else. Eat at Nando's. Or just make it at home. Just don't eat here especially this KFC. You could die one day.

I ordered online through the App and picked up my order last night in store, the chicken was cooked to perfection.

Usually, most KFC’s you go to, they’re too lazy to put in a spoon, serviette’s and a refresher towel, it was all there without having to ask, as it should be!

Please pass this positive feedback onto your crew on shift last night at about 8pm on Friday the 9th of June.

I went in the store to check if it is opened. A girl from inside opened the door and straight away started with rude attitude saying its not opened and shut the door while I was still there. Such a humiliating and rude service. I swear on my life I will never ever again visit this store.

Stale bun it was very hard and inedible, tiny piece of chicken in the bun size of 1.5 nuggets, old stale chips and warm drinks. Worst KFC I have ever had.

I am extremely proud of the staff at this KFC expecially the lady manager I will presume. I took my 3 boys to the KFC to have lunch after attending a game of soccer. I forgot my wallet which has all my life in it, UK licence and bank cards, Australian licence and bank cards. I was hald way through to Melton when I realised all my stuff is missing. As it was the only place I could have left, drove back and behold the lady had my wallet, she has been looking for ways to get in touch through social media and was intending to drive to Melton just to give it to me as my Australian address was on my licence. I eternally grateful for kindness and must say up until that moment my Australian experience has not been great. They made my day and it is people like this that changes perceptions. Keep up the good work at KFC Broadmeadows. I will definitely come back for a visit soon.

Consistently the worst kfc in vic.
100% of delivery app orders have had issues and 50% of in person orders are incorrect or have the wrong items.

Closed an hour early for delivery, apparently no burgers, only will give you what's left (chips, popcorn chicken, left over chicken or potato gravy) Incredibly lazy staff

This place is not reliable.always closed an hour before and limited items left. The worst part is they never update the closing time if they are sold out

I ordered a hot and spicy chicken today at around 30-40 minutes ago but when I got home and opened the box, the girl at the counter put something else. I also ordered chips but failed to give it to me, I need to question her before she give it to me. This is not the first time it happened to me. Overall, very poor service and the food is terrible so buyers beware, make sure that you check what's in the box before you leave this store if you're ordering it for takeaway.

KFC Broadmeadows is a pretty decent KFC,
Food is usually prepared properly and this particular store is open until 11: 00pm which is pretty late compared to most KFC stores.

Very rude they don’t care at all the place is a mess and it’s not busy. Management needs to teach customer service properly im pretty sure they wouldn’t like to be treated the way the treat the customers! If u don’t like ur job quit

Food is fresh and cooked well at this KFC. Only thing is you have to double check your bag as sometimes they can be careless and forget items.

Orders and delivery not trustable, i ordered food from the KFC app at 9: 30pm got message food will be deliver at 9: 53pm and at 9: 50 pm I've got new message order cancelled because KFC closed. I find out if you order food from the KFC app, Doordash doing the delivery. So may be KFC Broadmeadows says it us not our folt but my opinion if you closed at 10: 00 pm and if the door dash driver was there at 9: 50 they should be open and give the order to delivery driver. Besides other day i witness there was delivery driver and i was waiting with my daughter front door of them in day time, we push buzz wait there 10 minutes then some one come to door says us "no taking orders" to the delivery guy no uber. I was thinking if the delivery guy there that means someone order something and he has to pick, it was weird to me but now i understand whats going on.

Ordered through Menu log at 7.40pm.you guys cancelled it at 8.35pm on a covid curfew night. Did not even think about offering alternative. Unprofessional and irresponsible services.

Well dah, folks are dumb where you come from. Your QR code is placed on your automatic glass door. Bit hard to scan when your door opens, and it's the only QR code you have in store. What silly person stuck it there? Bit difficult to scan when it's moving. Where's the logic?
