KFC Bourke Street Melbourne

The store was busy, but the staff were really slow at getting orders out. I ordered on the app, and my order was wrong when I received it. When I asked the staff to fix my order, it was met with an eye roll from the female staff member and attitude

Worst customer experience in quite some time. Ordered Chicken and Chips for Lunch Waited over 20 minutes. People arriving after me received meals before me. Another lady also waited the same amount of time as ne with no meal. In the end I put my docket number down and walked out as I had more time available. SO KFC GET MONEY AND DELIVER NOTHING

This is the BEST kfc, all the customers complaining about how there’s birds or it’s unclean YOU try working in a fast food store getting under paid, working crazy hours, and getting yelled at old privilege men and women while trying to do a million things at once, you are talking to 15 year olds who are just getting there first job and trying there best, cut them some slack and stop writing bad reviews you will never know what it’s like working in hospitality, do something better with your life then writing rubbish reviews or go eat some proper food. Well done to all the staff members at kfc Bourke street you are all amazing don’t let anyone tell tell you different <3

Wasn't overall impressed. Place was dirty, un inviting and not very plesant. Upstairs dining was closed. They where quick with the meal but I wasn't impressed with that either.

There was hair in my burger and the gravy was expired. I lost my appetite and demanded a refund. I’m so disgusted

Food was fresh, hot and tasty, just how it should be. However the tables weren't clean and the birds flying around the dining room were not very hygienic. I realise this is hard to police though.

Next to a night club so can get busy on weekend nights.

The chicken tasted stale – it seems it was sitting around, or the oil is old. We asked for fresh popcorn chicken, but only half was fresh.

Ordered a bacon & cheese burger takeaway approx 11pm Saturday night. It was literally like a stale day old burger. So not cool!

Hell yeah chicken! Food was received quickly and the upstairs dining was nice. Although having different songs playing upstairs and downstairs was whack.com

Chicken zing burger was too salty. Even small packet of sauce is charged forcing me to give just 1 star as it wasn't a good experience.

Late night KFC stop. Place was busy, service was as good as can be expected. Food was fresh/hot. Nice cheeky feed.

As far as KFC is concerned, it's quite good, been there a few times. Check your order before you go, have found it a little short. Don't think it was intentional, but has happened more than once over the past year.

Max is super great and all but someone at the front who listens to "haunted" by Laura Les and has black hair always stares at me and hisses at me probably because im non binary

I thought all KFC are the same taste but seriously this one is just the waste of money. And every time I try, always missed items or wrong items.

It's a KFC. Workers seemed very sad though, so probably try the one on Swanston first (give these guys a breather).

I just bought a takeaway 6 pieces of chicken. It’s completely greasy and stinking smell. Fully disappointed and waste of money.
