KFC Bendigo Marketplace

Good choice of food. Pies and pasties were delicious. The value pack pie, drink and don't was good value. Customer service was excellent. Our first time here, don't live locally.

Guys were absolutely brilliant today. Especially during lunch hr. Food perfectly cooked. Meal super cheap. Especially being large portions. Plenty of seating. Highly recommended

On a Friday night I ordered 1 burger…hardly anyone in line yet it took 20 minutes to finally get it. I heard the kitchen staff mucking around out back and yelling at each other and the front end staff constantly calling for them to hurry up with orders. The girl finally makes my burger and I hear her say sorry I forgot about it to the front staff. I made it clear I wasn’t happy and that I’d be putting in a complaint. That was almost my whole tea break standing there waiting. Not Good enough. Different story if they were busy I’d understand. But they weren’t so get some actual staff that don’t stuff around please!

Whoever was on Front Counter this morning was doing a great job. Definitely a winner for the company.

Everytime i order something from here, something is always wrong with my order.whether its a missing item or an uncooked burger.most recently, i ordered a burger and popcorn chicken as a side, instead of the popcorn chicken i received a tub of gravy.ridiculous.

Bought the bacon stacked combo. Lack of bacon too much lettuce. Chips cold, dry and tasted like rubbish.
Waste of money at this off. A joke

Had to wait over an hour and a half for delivery when they forgot about our order. Then they still couldn't get it right. Our popcorn chicken was mostly full of chips and we were missing a drink.
Absolutely useless!

This KFC is not good. I ordered the Twister Combo and the chicken was a tinge of pink and was not tasty like other KFC shops I've been to. I only had one bite of the chicken before I saw it was pink and I because I didn't want to risk getting very sick from it. Thank God I go an upsize meal so at least I had a large chips to eat. Even the staff were acting like they didn't want to work there, the girl who served me had this attitudes like she was bored and was just dying to get off her shift. The only good thing was the amount of salt on the chips.

Absolutely love coming here much more than the other stores around Bendigo. Lovely and informative staff who always let me know about the specials! Great place to have lunch in the food court are at Marketplace shopping centre

15/08/19 my wife and i recently went to this kfc - and ordered 24 nuggets and popcorn chicken - afterwards suffered severe cases of diarea - wont eat from here again - we live in bendigo- not happy - nuggets were soggy and wet - not sure of the compliance to health regs here- found a hair in the popcorn chicken.

Have given a two star rating, one for each of the girls that served me during the school holidays (April 2019) but due to a query Management get a ZERO. I found the Manager very Rude, Arrogant and Mannerless and he could learn a lot from the two young ladies who were doing a good job with customer service, what a bad example you are setting for your staff.

After 4 years working around other KFC stores in bendigo.this is by far my favourite.

Food always fresh, great lunch deals, quick turnover of stock so freshness is pretty good. It's in a food court so seating can be a problem on busy days. But the dining room churns pretty quick and you'll not have to wait too long for a spot.

Absolutely love coming here much more than the other stores around Bendigo. Lovely and informative staff who always let me know about the specials!

The store is alright but there are many better options around. KFC is a far cry from what it used to be but despite it, I still go there. Food is oily and is and the surrounds are dirty but if you have no other option, KFC might just what your looking for.

Disappointed. Manager Emily was very disrespectful and refused to replace a meal that was stolen and blamed us for her fault. Not good enough. I work in fast food myself and know that its not good that she treats customers like that. Many people were involved and saw her disrespect. Would not recommend. Very very rude.

Go buckets tasted a bit weird, put it down to old oil til my husband and I were told we had food poisoning. Actually really disappointed.

Alright food (not the best) but some workers are just super mean, especially the fat short blond one (don’t know her name since she never wears the badge), she is the worst
Don’t let her to the checkouts, make her do thing in the kitchen until she learns how to work with people

Was disappointed with the attitude of the staff. My 13 and 14 year old, well presented sons, went and ordered and then collected our meals. We were short 6 nuggets and the sauce, so my eldest son went back to ask for the missing items whilst we started eating.
They refused to give them to my son unless he brought the whole bag back.which we had torn open and eaten a large portion by the time he came back.
So. I went to the counter and was told by a young male that he wanted the bag. I explained that I could but what is the point when most of it has gone.his response was. "well I'll give it to you this time, but in future bring the whole bag back".
I am also well dressed and honest to a fault, but was made to feel like I was dishonest and trying to rip them off.for 6 nuggets!
Ultimately he had the last word though, as there were only 5 nuggets in the bag he gave me.not worth the risk of further humiliation. VERY POOR SHOW KFC and in particular the self important person behind the counter.
